We start this curation off with a story from Indonesia, where the YOUNGEST BOY IN THE VILLAGE BEGAN MOTO LESSONS. Motorcycle skills are essential to maintain a normal daily life in most parts of Southeast Asia, and Indonesia is no different, so that's why it's good to start them young.
The most difficult part is operating the clutch while also reaching the gear shifter and not falling off the moto. This youngster is vertically challenged, but with some help from a good dad-teacher anything is possible, even wheelies.

An AMERICAN CULINARY MUSEUM recently opened in the Philippines, and it was a hit. Spam, hot dogs, fried chicken, super sweet spaghetti, and many other 'Merican foods this country has taken and made its own.
There is even a photo of the first Filipino that decided to combine fried chicken and spaghetti, something the 'Mericans have still not thought to combine. You should definitely visit this place, but the location is also top-secret.

There are plenty of small-scale businesses throughout Southeast Asia, and one of the reasons I choose to live in this part of the world is because of all the mom & pop shops. So it goes without saying that an ENDLESS MARKET is a big surprise.
Confronted with endless choices and no horizon in sight, shoppers become lost for days at a time, but this situation makes for very good customers. People often consume hundreds of dollars in food and camping equipment and don't leave for weeks, seeing it as a vacation of some kind.
