When one has loved a place, it usually comes back, and more if it is a pleasant place, where you have felt relaxed and well taken care of, but above all, where they serve a good coffee. I have had the fortune to know excellent places where I have found everything, from a simple cafe, to places inspired by some fairy tale. But this cafeteria to which I returned, this time accompanied by one of my daughters, is none other than La Claqueta, which is still maintained, splendid, full of colors, with its vintage design and its fresh and clean atmosphere, which welcomes the visitor who arrives in this hot season, very comfortably.

I was doing some shopping near this cafe and once I remembered how well I spent there and I wanted to share my experience with my daughter and although she is not as addicted to coffee as I do, she agreed to take her to one of my favorite shelters, to pause in the middle of our shopping. We entered and at once we received the freshness of the place that, with its powerful air conditioning, once refreshed us. We arrived and once we were received very kindly; since we had not had breakfast, we decided to take advantage and order something. We ordered some delicious cakes accompanied, in my case, by a rich latte and my daughter, due to the heat that I still felt a lemon soda.

Once we got ready to eat and talk for a while. My daughter couldn’t believe how she hadn’t ordered a more refreshing drink because of the heat we brought from the street; but like every coffee lover, I ended up asking for one of my favorite coffees a rich latte, no matter the heat ha, ja, ja, because that does not affect me to take one of my favorite drinks, like coffee and I am not mistaken I felt extremely relaxed, as the first time I visit, to taste my coffee with my daughter, resting in a beautiful place. After our well-deserved break, we went to the bathroom to get ready to continue our tour. Already fresh and ready we went out, happy to have been there; I must say that my daughter loved the place.

I promised to take her to visit another time to some of my favorite cafes or maybe we will get a new discovery, which I hope it will be, since I love visiting new places where they offer a good coffee. In La Claqueta, they do not lose their touch with coffee and breakfasts are very rich, they offer snacks of all kinds from cookies, to cakes and the best prices are very supportive; they continue to count in my opinion with these characteristics: good coffee, beautiful and cheap, apart from offering a quality service, that’s why I came back, because where we are well treated and offer quality products customers always return.

So, if you are in Caracas- Venezuela and you walk near the center, head to Urdaneta Avenue and in front of the Dorsay store you will see its announcement and its discreet entrance, well worth visiting. ¡ Greetings!

Cuando a uno le ha encantado un lugar, suele volver, y más si se trata, de un lugar agradable, donde te has sentido relajado y bien atendido, pero por sobre todo, donde sirvan un buen café. He tenido la fortuna de poder conocer excelentes lugares donde he encontrado de todo, desde una sencilla cafetería, hasta lugares inspirados en algún cuento de hadas. Pero esta cafetería a la cual volví, esta vez acompañada de una de mis hijas, no es otra que La Claqueta, la cual se sigue manteniendo, espléndida, llena de colores, con su diseño vintage y su ambiente fresco y limpio, que recibe al visitante que llega en esta época de calor, muy confortablemente.

Andaba haciendo unas compras cerca de este café y de una vez recordé lo bien que la pase allí y quise compartir mi experiencia con mi hija y aunque ella no es igual de adicta con el café como yo, también le gusta, accedió a que la llevara a uno de mis refugios preferidos, para hacer una pausa en medio de nuestras compras. Entramos y de una vez nos recibió la frescura del lugar que, con su poderoso aire acondicionado, de una vez nos refrescó. Llegamos y de una vez fuimos recibidas muy amablemente; como no habíamos desayunado, decidimos aprovechar y pedir algo. Ordenamos unos ricos pasteles acompañados, en mi caso, de un rico café con leche y mi hija, debido al calor que aún sentía un refresco de limón.

De una vez nos dispusimos a comer y charlar un rato. Mi hija no podía creer como no había pedido una bebida más refrescante debido al calor que traíamos de la calle; pero como toda amante del café, termine pidiendo uno de mis cafés preferidos un rico café con leche, sin importarme el calor ja, ja, ja, pues eso a mí no me afecta para tomar una de mis bebidas favoritas, como el café y no me equivoque me sentí sumamente relajada, como la primera vez que los visite, al degustar mi café junto a mi hija, descansando en un lugar hermoso. Al finalizar nuestra merecida pausa, fuimos al baño a arreglarnos para continuar con nuestro recorrido. Ya frescas y listas salimos, contentas de haber estado allí; debo decir que a mi hija le encantó el lugar.

Prometí llevarla a visitar en otra ocasión a alguna de mis cafeterías preferidas o tal vez nos consigamos con un nuevo descubrimiento, que espero que así sea, ya que me encanta visitar nuevos lugares donde ofrezcan un buen café. En La Claqueta, no pierden su toque con el café y los desayunos son muy ricos, aparte ofrecen, meriendas de todo tipo desde galletas, hasta tortas y lo mejor los precios son muy solidarios; siguen contando en mi opinión con estas características: café bueno, bonito y barato, aparte de ofrecer un servicio de calidad, por eso volví, porque donde somos bien tratados y ofrecen productos de calidad los clientes siempre volvemos.

Así es que, si estás en Caracas- Venezuela y andas cerca del centro, dirígete a la avenida Urdaneta y al frente de la tienda Dorsay verás su anuncio y su discreta entrada, bien vale la pena visitarlos. ¡Saludos!
