Saludos, amigos de la comunidad @holos-lotus, paso a compartir con ustedes, el cierre de la iniciativa №37 de Esa Vida Nuestra, titulada: "Aciertos y desaciertos de encajar en sociedad". Una nueva oportunidad para la producción de textos que nos llevaron a reflexionar y aprender más de nosotros mismos, dentro del marco del bienestar y el equilibrio. No se trataba de una invitación a "encajar", sino a analizar esos hechos que han tenido repercusión en nuestro comportamiento para ser lo que somos.

Hubo una gran participación la cual agradezco, me siento afortunada de poder pasearme por todas esas miradas que reflejan la manera como cada uno asume esta situación.

Vimos cómo la discriminación por sexo o edad, sigue estando presente en todo lo que acontece; me llamó la atención la conclusión de un participante que dice que por un lado a los jóvenes se les pide experiencia laboral para contratarlos en algún trabajo, y a los mayores no los aceptan por la edad. Así de contradictoria suele ser la sociedad.

"No quiero formar parte de eso" parece ser el sentimiento de muchos de los participantes, quienes mostraron su manera de apartarse o reaccionar con respecto a las imposiciones, defenderse de las mismas constituyó una experiencia de aprendizaje sobre todo en la infancia.

A veces, es necesario poner el dedo en la llaga y no formar parte de ese escenario en el que se intenta normalizar situaciones que no tienen por qué ser gratas, varios se enfocaron en el tema educativo y aquí puedo traer un ejemplo sencillo: la escuela y su imposición de rituales, colaboraciones y participaciones extracurriculares, bajo la premisa de que si el representante no cumple con la misma, es un padre irresponsable. Negarse a formar parte de eso, porque se piense más en la educación del hijo, que en seguir patrones de una institución, genera un problema y presión por parte de los demás representantes que a través del WhatsApp hacen sus señalamientos.

La obligatoriedad de encajar en moldes, para muchos, es un problema. Hay quien lo asume al estilo Forrest Gump, se deja llevar por la dinámica de la vida, participa, actúa y hace como que sí, sin que le afecte en gran manera lo que le toca hacer. Otros son realmente partícipes de todo lo que la sociedad trae consigo de manera espontánea, no se sienten afectados y llevan a cabo todas las actividades sin salirse de los esquemas prefabricados.

Una gran mayoría se resiste y deja su palabra de oposición o queja y algunos simplemente se esconden, y este es un punto importante, porque se derivan de aquí otros problemas como el bullying cruel y amenazante, que suelen sufrir quienes no están de acuerdo con las normativas, con la moda, con las imposiciones; entonces les corresponde colocarse una fuerte coraza para impedir que les afecte y sufran las consecuencias de no encajar.

Habrá situaciones donde es necesario formar parte y no hacerlo ocasionará realmente un problema general. Las sociedades tienen sus normas y para ello están las leyes. No se puede perder la cordura. No se trata de volverse un problema. Habrá muchas oportunidades donde toca revisar a conciencia si es realmente necesario o no, todo depende.

Al final de cuentas "cada cabeza es un mundo" y de eso nos nutrimos en Esa vida nuestra.

There was a great turnout, for which I am grateful. I feel fortunate to be able to explore all those perspectives that reflect how each of us is handling this situation.

We saw how discrimination based on sex or age continues to be present in everything that happens. I was struck by the conclusion of a participant who said that, on the one hand, young people are asked for work experience before being hired, and older people are rejected because of their age. Society tends to be so contradictory.

"I don't want to be part of that" seemed to be the sentiment of many of the participants, who showed their way of withdrawing or reacting to impositions. Defending themselves against them was a learning experience, especially in childhood.

Sometimes, it's necessary to put our finger on the wound and not be part of that scenario where people try to normalize situations that aren't necessarily pleasant. Several focused on the issue of education, and here I can give a simple example: the school and its imposition of rituals, collaborations, and extracurricular participation, under the premise that if the parent doesn't comply, they are an irresponsible parent. Refusing to be part of this, because one thinks more about one's child's education than following the institutional norms, creates a problem and pressure from other representatives who make their accusations via WhatsApp.

For many, the compulsion to fit into a mold is a problem. Some people accept it like Forrest Gump, letting themselves be carried away by the dynamics of life, participating, acting, and pretending, without being greatly affected by what they have to do. Others truly participate in everything that society brings spontaneously, feel unaffected, and carry out all activities without deviating from prefabricated norms.

A large majority resist and leave their voices of opposition or complaint, and some simply hide. This is an important point because other problems arise from it, such as cruel and threatening bullying, which is often suffered by those who disagree with regulations, trends, and impositions. Then it's up to you to put on a strong armor to prevent it from affecting you and you from suffering the consequences of not fitting in.

There will be situations where it's necessary to participate, and not doing so will really cause a general problem. Societies have their rules, and that's what laws are for. You can't lose your sanity. It's not about becoming a problem. There will be many opportunities where you have to thoroughly examine whether it's really necessary or not; it all depends.

At the end of the day, "every mind is a world," and that's what we nourish ourselves with in That Life of Ours.
