Good day Fellow Splinterlands Summoners
The day when the Rebellion reward cards is over and replaced by Conclave Arcana reward cards is getting closer. I do not know when exactly it will take place, but surely it won't be long from now.
For a casual player like me, I already realize that I would not have the opportunity to maxed all the Rebellion reward cards. So like it or not, I must set a timeline when I need to move on from collecting certain cards to preparing the other cards.
So when I saw that I had quite decent amount of Glint Balance, 230.740 glint exactly, I decided that time that I would make a Gold Foil rarity Draws and it would be the last time I did for the commons reward rarity. As much I wanted to have all my rewards cards at max level, well.. I do my own reality check lol
I spent 140.000 Glint spending on the Gold Foil Common Rarity Draws. I wanted to do more, but I needed to have myself on check here. This is the transaction hash

So these are the line up of my Gold Foil Common Rarity reward cards, of Rebellion set of course. In general I am quite satisfied with these line up, they are not great but at least they are still competitive. All of them have reached atleast a max level silver league cap, which is level 5.
So here are what the last upgrade I could do with my common cards:
FIRE ELEMENT
Drybone Hobgoblin reaches level 8. This is something that satisfy me alot, atleast this HobGoblin will be a great addition for my brawl in a very long time.
Drybone Hobgoblin is not a super strong card, but he can perform well in certain situation for example during noxious fume ruleset. Having the last ability which makes him breaks armor in one go, is something that gives him a big advantage.
Unlike Drybone Hobgoblin, Chaos Evoker is a very strong card. Unfortunately I do not have a good level on this card, in fact she is the worst in level I have due to rarely get this card.
But today I get lucky and I can level up her atleast up to level 5 where she gets that ambush ability. She is strong because of ambush, and don't forget she has blast ability. Blast + Ambush is very lethal
WATER ELEMENT
Not much I can say about my Water Element, I am only able to get my Mar Toren Trader to level 7. She only gets +1 speed there, atleast now she is eligible to participate in that +3 speed ruleset lol
Well, let's hope this won't put me in bad position for a long run
EARTH ELEMENT
Earth Element is the funniest for me. Last month I did not even have any Halaran Huntress in Gold Foil. Today I have her at level 6. This card could be very useful during certain condition, especially little league ruleset.
DEATH ELEMENT
I started with a strong Death Element line up but somehow later on, or today, my death common rarity is not something that gives me a WOW anymore. The last upgrade is this dude, Ujurak Brave.
Frankly speaking, I have difficulty to utilize this Brave dude. His abilities are good, but seriously... 1 melee hit power is so girly, often I have him useless because he can not kill any unit
NEUTRAL
Neutral... I do not know how to say this, but I just have no favoritism on the common rarity cards. All are so so, nothing special.
Ujurak Elder is the last card I could upgrade here. He gets an extra speed, I do not know whether this is good or bad, because 1 speed could be great during reverse speed ruleset, and I do not know whether I just take away that thing or not.
CONCLUSION
I do not like my common rarity line up here, and honestly I want to make another 40 GOLD FOIL cards purchase next season however I know well that is not a wise move.
Next week I will focus on Rare Cards, I have plenty to catch up for my Rare rarity line up. I hope I still can get enough time to improve my rare cards, because later I still need to fix some of my epics.
