Recycleman, from Kranj, is a legend of Slovenian rap and hip hop. As Ali En, he released the first Slovenian rap album 'Leva Scena' (Left Scene in English) in 1994, which had a major impact on the entire music scene.
He later performed as Dalaj Eegol and lived in Goa, India, for a while, where he was active as a DJ.
In recent years, he has been performing as RecycleMan and playing his older songs with friends.
The music is a fun and hybrid mix of rap, hip-hop, funk, and reggae.
The song 'Odprava zelenega funka' (Green Funk Expedition) is from Ali En's second album, Smetana za frende (Cream for Friends), released in 1999.
The video is part of a performance at the Zmaj Festival in Postojna, 6.9.2025.
