I want to understand the Bible better. That is my desire. I want to know more about God and understand what his purpose for my life is. It is in the Bible that I will understand what is the plan that God has for my life. The Bible is an important part of my christian walk. I think that this is the heart desire of everyone who wants to do the purpose of God. God is a good Father. He has many good things stored up for us. We should be glad to study the word of God and discover all those wonderful blessings that God has prepared for us. We are His children and He is our Father.
To understand the Bible, reading it is fundamental. Many people do not like reading the Bible. They claim to be the followers of Jesus Christ yet, they do not have the interest to read the Bible. Having a big Bible is not the solution. Possessing many different types of translations does not make one a true christian. If we are His sheep we will love to hear his words. The words of Jesus Christ our Master is written for us to study in the Bible.
