How much wisdom do you collect in your publication? Attachment makes us suffer, in fact, it is what torments us the most because it keeps us in the nostalgia of what was and will not return. But as you say, when we learn to let go, we free ourselves from that pain and appreciate the happiness we enjoyed at the time is when we move to a higher level of maturity and personal growth.
