My ranking is:
Ecency: my favourite front end.
Hive Keychain: for the keys store and the browser for navigation without having to worry about the security.
Beeswap: for the simple way to participate in the LEN-LENM pool. 😁
Worldmappin: I love to pin my travels in the map!
Hive-Engine: for the tokens management.

Hey @palomap3 thanks a lot for thinking about us, we really appreciate your enthusiasm towards the map, and we're working to make it much better so you can have even more fun! A big hug and thanks for your support!

You’re doing a fantastic work with the map and supporting the users who make quality content. I know how hard is the curation and selection task. Thanks!

Thank you very much for your sympathy and positive feedback. 🤗
Together we are going for more!💪

These are all very solid choices. Thanks for sharing!

Apps ranked by how much I use them:

  1. Splinterlands
  2. Hive-Engine
  3. Tribaldex
  4. Keychain
  5. Liketu

I use 1-4 almost every day, and 5 whenever I have any photos to post. I probably spend more time on Liketu per session than on the other apps, but I only use it a few times a month.

Apps ranked by how much I like them:

  1. Splinterlands
  2. WorldMappin - I love being able to pin my Liketu posts on the old PinMapple map.
  3. Ecency - I only recently discovered the value of Ecency.
  4. Beeswap
  5. Liketu

Hive Keychain
Ecency
Peakd
Crownrend
Worldmappin

It's in descending order, so my favorite thing is keychain because I can do all my hive stuff from my phone through it.

The fact that Worldmappin is ranked 5th doesn't mean I like it any less, it's one of the best projects on Hive (or its sequel)

Aww @incublus thank you so much for such nice words about the project, we are very excited to know that you are enjoying it and following our work, we hope to continue adding a lot of value to Hive and make you proud!

You are welcome. You are doing really great and thanks for keeping this project up. I appreciate your honest work

🙌 We appreciate your feedback, thank you for your kind words that inspire us to work harder and harder.
Big hug! 🤗

Nice to see you adopted Crownrend :-)

It's a part of me man 😂

Are you playing dcity? I left a long time ago. It's nice to see it's still active.

It is a bit abandoned, but it still gives me good dividends.

1.Peakd
2.ecency
3.keychain
4.3Speak

  1. (Not sure if it’s an app, but I always have the hivebuzz ranking chart up in my browser and regularly look at it)

Unclear why it shows my #5 as a #1 with separation, here is how it looks if I try to update. But each time it shows wrong. 🤷‍♂️

Not sure if it’s an app

Yes, it is! 😀
Thank you for the mention @buttcoins

Hivebuzz offers quite a lot of metrics that are interesting to follow.

Nice!
1- Keychain, security first! And for the little swap I do, it’s perfect.
2- PeakD, no other is that good for writing.
3-Worldmappin, of course, map on the website is soooo cool.
4- Hive engagement, It's not that popular but I love it, I use it a lot, it's a great way to see the interaction between two users and check all the comments exchanged.
5- Actifit, Im so into counting steps and walking, this one fits great to me.

🤗🗺💪

Hive engagement, It's not that popular but I love it, I use it a lot, it's a great way to see the interaction between two users and check all the comments exchanged.

That's a tool that I was once using and I didn't know it was still actif. Thanks for mentioning it.

Sorry to get into your comment... could you share the Hive Engagement link? I find interesting what you say. ☺️

Pretty much all Splinterlands related I think 😅

  1. Splinterlands
  2. PeakD
  3. Monster Market
  4. Peak Monsters
  5. Splintercards

That's a real SL suite ;-)

3 credits have been added for the liotes ranking

the ones I like and use the most are: Peakd, keychain, dcrops, rising star and terracore. Of course, there are others, but those are the top 5.

Seems you like these idle type games ;-)

They're the best friends of a person with no time kkk

My ranking is:

1 - Peakd --> I really like the Peakd frontend, because it's the most complete of all. I use it to write my posts and to read the posts of the other Hivers, but I post on INLEO (it used to be worth it for the possibility of receiving votes from them, but lately I don't know).
2 - inleo
4 - Liketu --> When I want to post content where the focus is photography I like to use liketu, showing a bit of my life, for example.
3 - Splinterlands --> I've been playing every day since 2021, I can't go a day without playing.
4 - Peakmonsters --> Where I manage Splinterlands rentals.

Not many people seem to use Liketu. It's a great app for photo posts.

Here my top 5 according to how often I use it.

  1. ecency
  2. peakd
  3. keychain
  4. tribaldex or beeswap
  5. risingstargame

I guess that is all that I use mostly here on Hive. ;)

  3. INLEO
  4. Splinterlands
  5. Rising Star

I read a blogger that plays a lot of games :-)

This is quite unexpected!! My number 1 tool is without a doubt Peakd, I think it's simply the best front-end we have in Hive, in second place is Splinterlands, I really like a good card game, in third place is Tribaldex, it's a great trading center in Hive, in fourth place I think Beeswap is a tool that best helps when transferring an asset to Hive-engine, in fifth place is Peakmonsters, because it's a really cool Splinterlands market and has several support tools.

Your favorite sites seem to indicate that you are a SL players that came to hive through the game?

Yes, I met Hive through Splinterlands

3 credits have been added for the liotes ranking

Hive apps by how much I use them are:

  1. Ecency
  2. Rising Star
  3. Hive Keychain
  4. Hive Engine
  5. Hive Multi Staker

Hive apps by how much I like them are:

  1. V4V App - I absolutely love it, but only get the chance to use it occasionally for bringing SATs into Hive.
  2. Hive Keychain - Where would I be without it. On both Android and laptop.
  3. Rising Star - Play time is always the best time.
  4. BeeSwap - I'm switching from Hive Engine.
  5. Ecency - I like Ecency points, and it's still the best mobile frontend. But I also like PeakD. Especially with its page view stats.

I'd also like to give an honourable mention to a non-Hive app - Google Calendar. Because I've now set reminders for this Liotes Challenge, BPUD, and my Hive posting days. Who knows, I might get organized this year??!!

I wonder how much my list will change after I've read all the other responses?

Interesting choices. We can't take google calendar on the list but I definitely use it very much as well :-)

And one bonus: Keychain

We use keychain so much that we often forget it's an app :-)

Yes, it is something that I use automatically, but it is an essential tool for us.

I'll just rank mine according to how often I use them!

  1. Keychain (for obvious reasons 😜)
  2. Peakd
  3. Splinterlands
  4. Peakmonsters
  5. Beeswap

The ranking translates a blogger with a long SL past ;-)

3 credits have been added for the liotes ranking

Keychain for logging, signing, etc
Peakd for upvotes, comments and to draft posts as its easy. I do snaps too
Inleo for long posts and threads
Ecency mostly for checking notifications, write comments and upvotes. Also few waves :-)
Actifit IOS app to do actifit posts/
Beeswap.dcity for pools.

I also use community dapps too, for example, thebbhproject for commenting and upvoting.

  4. InLeo
  5. Keychain

You're welcome!

  1. Peakd -> The design and everything that it brings, now including Snaps is awesome
  2. Ecency -> Nice mobile app, despite of peakd being possible to use in mobile, Ecency for me is the best for mobile.
  3. Hivekeychan -> How do you enter a house without a keychain? hehe I use that a lot to dive into hive.
  4. Hive-engine -> For trading second layer tokens and bridge to other networks
  5. Friday -> that's a nice discord bot to notify us about our account including filling trades in hive-engine, tags and users that we follow

I could add more but for now top 5 right?

I started to use Friday as well but I need to spend some time setting it up. I don't get what I want lol

There are many things...until a little a while, I didn't know about hive-engine notifications! That is awesome when you leave some buy or sell orders! Awesome following some tags is good to filter out and avoid missing some posts in tags that you enjoy reading.

3 credits have been added for the liotes ranking

Top 5 Apps? 🤔

  1. Hive Keychain
  2. RisingStarGame
  3. Tribaldex & BeeSwap (Change between those two)
  4. Ecency & PeakD (Change between those two)
  5. RisingStarUtils

Tribaldex and Ecency are still the top choices before BeeSwap and PeakD.

I just realized I haven't used NFTMart for a long time because RisingStarUtils helps me filter and sort 😂 !LOL

RisingStarUtils

First time I hear about that app. Thanks for sharing!

It helps Rising Star players who want to get filters and sort when they want to buy cards 😍. Really love it. !ALIVE

My top 5:

  • Peakd
  • Ecency
  • Keychain
  • Tribaldex
  • INLEO

That looks like a blogger suite with some he token management :-)

It's just good we have these apps :) I usually swap some HE tokens using Keychain but need to check the price on Tribaldex and sometimes trade there

Thank you lots💗

If we talk not only about apps but also about frontends of Hive I'll have such ranking:

  1. Ecency
  2. PeakD
  3. Hivestats.io
  4. Splinterlands / Holozing
  5. Hive-engine
    I think so.
But honestly it was not easy choise. And if to remove frontends then I can add Hivebuzz and Hive-Keychain

Thank you for the mention @travoved ❤️

My favourite apps on hive are

  • Splinterlands
  • DCrops
  • Beeswap
  • Keychain
  • PeakD

I use them all daily, along with a few others

3 credits have been added for the liotes ranking

My ranking is:
1 - Hive Keychain
2 - PeakD
3 - Hive Engine
4 - Rising Star
5 - Splinterlands

3 credits have been added for the liotes ranking

My Top 5 would be:

  • Hive Keychain
  • Hive Front Ends: Peakd, Inleo and Ecency.
  • Splinterlands
  • BeeSwap
  • Hive Engine

3 credits have been added for the liotes ranking

My ranking for the Hive Blockchain:

  1. Ecency - Combination of the web-frontend and the mobile app
  2. Hive Keychain - as it is my portal to Hive Blockchain things not possible (or easy) via Ecency iOS app + as a plugin on my browser
  3. Beeswap - for 2nd layer token & poolmanagement
  4. PeakD - for some advanced features lacking (I think) in Ecency
  5. Tribaldex - for almost everything else :-D

3 credits have been added for the liotes ranking

How do I always find these posts exactly 5 days after they're posted? 😂

Anyway, at this time I would say:

  1. Inleo (excellent for crafting long-form posts and short-form Threads, plus it now clearly and acurately shows the value of all 2nd layer tokens)
  2. Ecency (excellent for leaving comments and earning Ecency posts, but the interface has been quite slow lately)
  3. Tribaldex / Beeswap (these are probably two separate apps, but both within the Hive Engine family - essential for accessing 2nd layer tokens)
  4. Peakd (easiest app for transactions such as claiming rewards and HBD, and even doing 2nd layer transactions without needing to access Hive Engine, and it's also excellent for scheduling posts for those who don't use InLeo)
  5. Hive.blog (easiest app for reading posts and comments)

I'm quite certain my #1 pick is going to be the most controversial. However, I'd also add that it currently has the simplest sign-up out of any Hive app in existence, and I hope that other apps integrate it. This is the only method I'm going to be using to onboard people in the future, because the other apps sign-ups are either complicated or require monetary transactions to join.
