Arcade Colony: Steps to buy credits, and completed my purchase using credits to scoop a cheap card.
If you are already following me then you will be aware that currently I am started playing Moonkart's game along with the Splinterland's . Since I have started now, so I am not only learning about the game but also building my game assets to give me some competitive advantage. I started with the "common" rarity Astrokart in the game, but now I own "Rare" foil LunocityX and also an Epic kart "Quasar Sport" that I current used for playing. Though I have improved a lot but I still need to add a lot of game assets to be a strong player in the game.
To increase my game assets, I have 2 options, that either I buy packs from Hive-Engine or I should buy cards from the market. I am currently choosing the "buying" from market. so I will buy the cards that I need to improve my gameplay instantly instead of banking on luck whether it will get me the required or better cards or not. When you want to buy cards from the market, you have 2 options to pay for the cards, either use Script tokens or buy using the CREDITS and today I decided to give the try to the credit mechanism.
Steps to buy CREDITS in Moonkarts.
For buying CREDITS, you can visit https://www.arcadecolony.com/ and click on the icon at the top right highlighted at yellow colour or can directly use the link https://arcadecolony.com/token/credits/buy , Just enter the amount of credits that you want to purchase as I highlighted in Blue circle.
Now there are multiple options that allow to use Coinbase Commerce, Paypal and Hive. Being first 2 require KYC, and I guess not even available for my country , I went to use
Hive (remember this is direct Hive purchase not the Hive-Engine or swap.hive purchase) and purchase the $2 USD worth of credits. Though I not able to check paypal and coinbase commerce method but I guess it require minimum purchase of $10 USD in one transaction.
Using Hive, reduce the purchase amount to the 50 cents but it accept Hive in the multiple of 50 cents only, and you cannot buy $2.2 worth of credits using Hive.
Scooped up the Cheap deal.
Since I already have Epic kart, I am focusing on the Epic Driver, Actually I already purchase the best Epic driver Vortex in a private deal but Aurora is the second best epic driver and if you see below in the market that only 1 copy is available for $2 ,afterwards price increased significantly to $4.74.

$2 is also cheap when I compare my private purchase of epic card Vortex, so I decided to go for it even though I am not in the dire need of it. But after buying it, I noticed that it has better handling than Vortex and a very slight difference in speed so it really look a nice buy.

What I am currently doing with Aurora.
I have put my Aurora in stake to generate fuel but in current scenario I actually do not need 2 cards of same type. I guess I will race both of them in future to understand which one is better and try to sell one for the profit.

My 2 cents.
Look like I am doing some sort of DCA in my game account where I am purchasinh couple of cards every week. Legendary cards are too costly for me as of now , and Epic cards are currently the best value for money for me. So I plan to keep upgrading using "Dollar cost averaging method" every week.
On the side, it is not only the game assets, I also increase my stake of COLONY and SCRIPT too, so it is more approach towards the game.
