Balancing Remote & Onsite Work

in FreeCompliments5 days ago

We have our own preferences on what kind of job do we like to work. Some may want to have a remote job and other may want to have an onsite job. Either way, this is a job where we can get money from our work.

Remote job has its own advantages and disadvantages as well as the onsite job. I think that they have their own unique kind of work style and it differs on what they prefer.

When covid hits all over the world, most people will have to work in a remote job and employees doesn't work in an onsite job because of that pandemic. Most employees today may want to work remotely because they want to have more flexible and spend more time with their loved ones.

Than when working onsite, employees cannot have more flexible time but they can collaborate with other employees with more opportunities to learn from other employees that they may apply in the near future.

I have been working for both onsite and remote jobs. Yes, you heard it right, I'm now working different kinds of jobs from onsite to a remote one and I can say that I can manage well with my time but I only got a few time with more bonding with my family. Even if I will go home once every week, I will make sure that I will make the most out of my family since I am working whole day.

I can see the difference between a remote job and an onsite job. Between them, I think I like the both of them because they have their own advantages and as well as disadvantages. One thing that I like in an onsite job is that I can learn more from the other employees that I can apply to many other fields.

Although, there are big differences when working onsite because the onsite job is not my usual routine when working since I work in a remote job for many years. I can say that it is a challenging one because I need to wake up early and prepare the things before going onsite rather than working in a remote job that I only need to stay at home and I don't need to prepare all of the things compared to onsite job.

These work jobs are different but managing them is challenging and you need to balance the both of them if one wants to work in these both of the jobs. Just like myself, I balance the both of them so that I can make more time not just for myself but for my loved ones, too. Balancing the onsite and remote job takes more time to think but it's worth it when you balance it.

It's good to know that you can balance everything. Hats off! I am also trying my best to balance everything since after going home, I am tired to look up to my computer.

Very interesting post! Finding the right balance between remote and onsite work isn't always easy, but as you say, there are benefits to both. Combining flexibility and structure is key. I only work onsite myself, so I found it particularly exciting to read your perspective. Thank you for your valuable insights!

It's not easy to balance them together as there are times that I will be burnout from that morning work but I need to keep working because of my goal that I need to reach.
