Since health limitations prevent me from traveling, I have to travel vicariously through the wonderful photos that get shared here on Hive.
Or through my kids adventures.
My son was at Chicago's OHare Airport early this morning, off on an annual 'boys' weekend with a couple of old buddies that he rarely gets to see these days. They live in different states and all of them have busy jobs and they all look forward to their 3 day getaway!
He was flying Southwest Airlines, and that is actually where he was going. To Las Vegas, in the American southwest.
But before the plane could take off they had to wait for it to be de-iced
It didn't take long before they were flying over desert landscapes and warmer temperatures.
This is the suite they are staying in with some nice Vegas views.
