Since 2001, Radio Student's Club Marathon has been searching for, highlighting, and supporting the most promising new Slovenian musical forces - the first serious springboard for the alternative scene.
With selected bands, it visits numerous autonomous and youth club venues throughout Slovenia.
Januery is a band from Maribor and Ljubljana that creates music saturated with emotion and the unprecedented sound of Slovenian electronic neo-soul.
The wide range of expressive motifs in the verses is matched by sound dynamics, rhythm, groove, and variation, creating a comprehensive sound environment.
