I have been learning and constantly growing in the company that I am working now and I am really glad that I've been here in this company and this is also my first time working in the company.
All I thought that working in a company is very hard and sometimes it can lead you to burnout. Yes, I think I experience that one in the past 6 months that I am here in a company but the learnings that I get is really terrific because of this experience and learnings, I think I can also apply in other things, too.
Just like the programming, I mean, I really don't touch about programming and in my years of studying programming, it seems that this kind of work is not my type and not my niche not until I work here and I really want to learn about the basics and some stuffs but viola! I know now how to do the basics and stuffs.
Because I know some of the basics, I also applied it to my other work. Using this programming that I learned from the company makes it easy to use and to navigate for the other company that I am working.
I was glad that these people in the company that I am working on was very helpful in times that I am struggling with the task or the work that I've been assigned to.
Also, with the help of AI for the coding to make the coding more efficient and fast result of the output from the project that we were working on.
Sometimes, I wonder if there is no AI, I think it will be really difficult for me to understand some things in the programming and coding. AI helps you to create many things just like helping you with the project that you're working on.
Aside from that, there were many things that I haven't explored before I was in this company and throughout the span of 6 months, I get the gist of the workload that I have now and also touched some things that I am familiar and able to solve the problems that they gave me.
It was all my friend that keep saying me about entering in a company because as for me, before I applied for this work, I hesitated and I really think every day because there were many "What If's" that I asked in my mind.
I call a friend of mine and that friend was my closest friend during my college years. We talked many things about the company that I will be working on and he said that the company will be a big opportunity for me since I don't have any work in the morning and I only have work at night and it will fill the working load hours in a day from morning up until at night.
With his advise, to get into this company and also to my aunt that convince me on applying to this company, I apply immediately and I was hired and up until now, I liked the company that I am working on. Although, it's a little bit stress when you are an IT but it's fun and exciting because I am learning new things from this one.
