Namaste to all the Warriors of Splinterlands!๐Ÿ™

In this week's ๐ŸŒŸSplinterlands Social Media Challenge๐ŸŒŸ I will provide you the link of my battle but will not show the entire battle but will talk about the major flaw of the enemy's team selection and team placement which should be an important part of your strategy in any battle. You'll enjoy this blog!

The total mana cap for this battle was 26, including the summoner's mana cost, as we all know. And the ruleset for this battle is Tis but Scratches.

My lineup for this outstanding battle!

Position
Summoner/Monsters
Abilities
Summoner
Thaddius Brood
-1 Health and -1 Magic
1st Position
Cursed Windeku
Thorns
2nd Position
Pallus
Flying, Reach and True Strike
3rd Position
Magi Necrosi
Snipe and Camouflage
4rd Position
Weirding Warrior
Shatter
___

I created my team by using 26 of my total mana cap!

Let's now look at the Battlefield and how all the cards are positioned!

Before the cards get summoner's powers.

After the cards get summoner's powers.

Now, let's see that major flaw of the enemy's team selection and team placement!

First of all, it is not that the team selected by me is the best, I believe that a better team could have been made for this battle, and there is always room for improvement, and I am also getting better at this game at my own pace. But my opponent's mistake in the team selection for this battle is very basic. By knowing about it, you will be able to understand its importance more deeply because even a small mistake on the battlefield can cause you a big loss and especially if that mistake is related to the team selection. You lose even before the battle starts.

Now you know that before starting a battle, it is important to consider the total mana, glimpses of opponent's previous battles and the ruleset based on which you decide to choose the right team. In this battle, mana is a little less, and the ruleset does not have any negative effect on any type of card specifically. For summoner, both of us have chosen the same summoner of Death element but the 3 main attacking abilities Melee, Ranged, and Magic have their own rules like in normal conditions Ranged attacks cannot be performed from the first position, so while choosing the team, we prefer to keep ranged attackes in the last positions in the lineup. Similarly, Magic attacks can be performed from any position and in normal conditions, it directly damages the enemy's health and then comes the turn of melee attacks which in normal conditions and without some special abilities, you cannot perform from anywhere other than the first position. So it does not matter how great melee attack cards you have chosen in the team selection, if you have placed them anywhere in the team without considering their special abilities, then consider their presence or absence in the team as the same.

This is the exact mistake my opponent made in this battle. My opponent dealt -1 health and -1 magic to all my cards with Death Summoner, but perhaps to protect himself from the same potential loss of -1 magic, he focused mainly on melee attackers without considering that these melee attackers will not be able to perform any attack. Imagine 3 out of your 6 cards are just resting on the battlefield and getting hit by the enemy. My opponent has a total of 6 cards, out of which 3 cannot perform any attack until they come in first position. And I have a total of 4 cards, which are fully attack-ready.

I am sharing this battle with so much knowledge, which means that obviously I won it, but seeing what were the consequences of the enemy's mistakes mentioned by me and how this battle reached its end can teach you a lot. This is why I would really recommend you to watch this battle because by watching the real action and reaction of every card, not only will you be able to enjoy it, but you will also learn a lot from it.*
