There are some factors that contribute to working effectively in an organization, company, or any official holding. Some go beyond the salary being paid. Some relationships at work pave the way to a greater future. That's why good ethics and etiquette are to be maintained while at work as an employee.
To consider an organization or company, I do check proximity, accessibility, and flexibility. These three factors are important to me because the country has gone beyond working just for working sake. I can't be working in a place where I'm earning $15,000 monthly and I will be using $10,000 as a transport fare monthly. What about my other bills, like feeding, electricity, and miscellaneous?
The first benefits of my current place of work are the above-listed factors: the proximity of my workplace to my house is preferable and favorable. It is so accessible, and that makes life easier for me. I don't have to go on bad roads where my spinal cord will be screaming freedom in any cab I take. And in terms of good relationships, I'm enjoying them at my workplace. We relate like family, and that's one thing that makes working there very easy and enjoyable; if it had been another place, such a relationship might not exist between the employer and the employee.
I cherish relationships a lot, and I always try my best to protect the interests of my loved ones. This is part of the things I learn on my journey into adulthood. To some, it might look like favoritism, but it's not, or should I say I carry the oil of grace? Well, you can put it that way. I relate to everyone in my workplace with the utmost respect, unless you want otherwise, but without that, I remain my humble self to everyone. This makes it easier for me to relate to my employer, senior colleagues, and my fellow colleagues.

The respect we have for one another makes working easy, and it creates a good learning environment. I can approach any of my seniors to ask questions or request something, and it will be granted without me stressing for it. What more can one wish for except a peaceful workspace? There are times we help protect ourselves from humiliation, insults or mistakes that might be costly. The team work is always there and this is part of what I enjoyed as an employee of my current place of work.
The things that can make me forcibly quit my job at my current place of work are proximity, accessibility, and flexibility. If I have to stress and spend more before getting to work, then I think I will have to bid the place goodbye. If the beautiful relationship we share gets damaged due to one reason or another, I will be forced to leave because I can't work in a place where my mental health will be at stake. I have to be in the right frame of mind to work effectively as expected.
