Splinterland's : Strategy helps in winning Battles.
For me, playing Splinterland's is a complete entertainment and I see my battles till the end, round by round until I see the final result of the battle or writing on the wall. There are both good and bad parts to it as it is very time consuming process but on the other hand it gives you a insight about the game mechanics, helps to judge the "OP"iness of monsters, what positional nuisance can easily cost you the battles. While watching the battle full, you not only get to check your own gaming strategy but you also learn from the opponent's strategy, team selection, and how they positioned their monsters.
When current week's community engagement challenge asks about favorite strategies, I am happy to share some tips, insight, and strategies with my fellow Splinterlands players. I recently posted an article to highlight the OP of Doctor Blight and today I like to focus on the strategy regarding the "blast" ruleset in the Splinterland's game. I will like to highlight my strategy by showcasing the actual battle and how it helps me to overcome my opponent.

It is utmost important to check on the ruleset allowed, mana limit, and summoner elements that can be played. Here if we dissect the rulesets, there are 3 rulesets combined.
The first ruleset is "Aim True", it specifically means that no attacks will be missed. Second ruleset is "Explosive Weaponary" or I like to refer it as Blast , it means that adjacent monster unit will also get damage. Third Ruleset is "Aimless" which will allow any monster in the team to attack any opponent monster legitimately.
Devising Strategy.
So my strategy is here to have some high "Swiftness" for my team and have "Reflection Shield", High Swiftness when combined with "Aim True" and "Explosive Weaponry" will cause me to strike first and may be I will able to take opponent monsters down , not even allowing them to turn to strike. While "Reflection Sheild" is to protect my monsters from blast damage so that damage is minimized for my team.
Putting my Strategy to Work.
Let me explain below screenshot of real battle to show you that how I used my strategy.
For Summoner, I used "Waka Fireblade" to save on mana cost and "poison" ability with the "Aimless" ruleset can pay big in battle.
To increase the swiftness of my team, I used "Lira the Dark" and "Supply Runner" . On other hand I used "Cursed Windeku" and "Venator Kinjo" to slow my opponent's team and it effectively neutralized the +2 swiftness by the opponent summoner "Conqueror Jack" to its team. At the same time, I have "Reflection shield" also by "Venator Kinjo"
Now all the monster ans summoner abilities in effect, we see "Lira the Dark" of my team is going to draw first blood.
4 monsters are down in the very first round, which explain how damaging is "Explosive Weaponry" is and how much important is to go first. I have again "Lira the Dark" that is going to strike first in this round.
After the end of round 2, this is how the team looks like, so no doubt I have won this battle. It is not like that my opponent has not the chance while using Fire Element. If opponent might used the likes of "Countess Sinash","Supply Runner", "Venator Kinjo" and "Scavo Chemist" along with the summoner "Conqueror Jack" , then it is possible that result might be in the favour of my opponent .
