Congreso Mundial de Biodanza Italia 2024El miércoles pasado fue la gran inauguración del 1er Congreso Mundial de Biodanza de la IBfed (Federación Internacional de Biodanza), en Lignano Sabbiadoro en Italia, y tuve la dicha de participar en esta gran experiencia que espero irles contando con lujo de detalle.
Es un evento en el que se inscribieron más de 2000 personas de todo el mundo, de América del Sur asistimos unas 350 personas aproximadamente, representando a nuestro continente.
Estoy muy emocionada porque me atrevería a decir que es un sueño de todo biodanzante, tener la oportunidad de reunirse con muchas personas que vibran con el mismo interés pero que al mismo tiempo hay tanta diversidad en esa forma de pensar y sentir, en edades, culturas y tantas otras cosas, que se hace sumamente enriquecedor este tipo de encuentros.
En la vivencia inaugural estuvimos todos juntos en el mismo aforo, fue una energía increíble danzar con tantas personas de diferentes nacionalidades, todos entusiasmados por esos hilos invisibles que se entretejian entre nosotros y nos llevaba a sentir conexión fraterna, esa experiencia que algunos definen como sentimiento de "unidad".
Hicieron además un homenaje a Rolando Toro, creador del Sistema de Biodanza y terminó el día con un concierto en homenaje a Ennio Morricone.
La Biodanza me ha llevado a tener muchos aprendizajes, y lo mas significativo de esta experiencia es que ha sido netamente vivencial, todo ha surgido a partir del cuerpo, del sentir, de conectarse consigo mismo... mi mente se queda corta ahora, no imagino si quiera cómo terminará esta experiecia llena de danzas, encuentros y tantas otras cosas, y eso lo hace muy divertido y emocionante.

1st World Congress of Biodanza Last Wednesday was the grand opening of the 1st World Congress of Biodanza of the IBfed (International Federation of Biodanza), in Lignano Sabbiadoro in Italy, and I had the joy of participating in this great experience that I hope to tell you in detail.
It's an event in which more than 2000 people from all over the world registered, from South America we attended about 350 people approximately, representing our continent.
I'm very excited because I would dare to say that it is a dream of every biodancer, to have the opportunity to meet with many people who vibrate with the same interest but at the same time there is so much diversity in that way of thinking and feeling, in ages, cultures and so many other things, that it is extremely enriching this kind of meetings.
It was an incredible energy to dance with so many people of different nationalities, all enthusiastic about those invisible threads that intertwined among us and led us to feel a fraternal connection, that experience that some define as a feeling of "unity".
They also made a tribute to Rolando Toro, creator of the Biodanza System and ended the day with a concert in honor of Ennio Morricone.
Biodanza has led me to learn a lot, and the most significant thing about this experience is that it has been purely experiential, everything has come from the body, from feeling, from connecting with oneself... my mind is short now, I can't even imagine how this experience full of dances, encounters and so many other things will end, and that makes it very fun and exciting.
