He visitado otra hermosa cafeteria, siempre en busca de lo mas adorable y romantico en la ciudad de Bogota Colombia, para ser mas exactos en el centro historico, en este lugar me he encontrado con esta cafeteria que a simple vista te cautiva y te hace caer en sus redes cefeteras.
Yo entre por un cafe y termine llevando una bolsa de 300Grms de cafe que ellos mismos se encargan de moler, tu escojes que metodo utilizas para su preparacion y dependiendo de eso ellos eligen que grado de molienda es el correcto, en mi caso yo suelo hacerlo en mi casa en una prensa francesa que para mi es un metodo super facil y rapido para obtener un buen cafe mañanero.
He probado sus postres, una torta de semillas de amapola con arandanos, lo se, suena rico y estaba el doble de rico, el metodo que escogimos se llamaba Aeropress, muy facil de usar tambien y el cafe queda super rico, basicamente es uno de los mejores metodos de extraccion para degustar de un rico cafe con toda su pureza.
Tome fotos desde el piso de arriba donde habia un area especifica para catacion de cafe, esta iluminado con luces calidas, un espacio acogedor, en el area del primer piso se encuentra una vitrina que promociona sus postres muchos barriles de cafe en grano y una decoracion que lo hace ver mas lindo un, con flores girasoles que son mis favoritas adornando su entrada y una vitrina con cafes listos para moler y llevar.
La verdad me parecio hermoso, romantico y definitivamente volvere a ir, aparentemente no hay muchos puntos fisicos de esta cafeteria asi que este punto quedo perfecto justo en el centro de la ciudad.

I have visited another beautiful coffee shop, always looking for the most adorable and romantic in the city of Bogota Colombia, to be more exact in the historic center, in this place I have found this coffee shop that at first sight captivates you and makes you fall into their coffee networks.
I went in for a coffee and ended up taking a bag of 300 grams of coffee that they themselves are responsible for grinding, you choose what method you use for preparation and depending on that they choose what degree of grinding is correct, in my case I usually do it at home in a French press that for me is a super easy and fast method to get a good morning coffee.
I have tried their desserts, a poppy seed cake with blueberries, I know, it sounds good and it was twice as good, the method we chose was called Aeropress, very easy to use too and the coffee is super good, basically it is one of the best extraction methods to taste a good coffee with all its purity.
I took pictures from the upstairs where there was a specific area for coffee tasting, it is illuminated with warm lights, a cozy space, in the second floor area there is a showcase that promotes their desserts, many barrels of coffee beans and a decoration that makes it look nicer, with sunflower flowers that are my favorite adorning their entrance and a showcase with coffees ready to grind and take away.
The truth was beautiful, romantic and I will definitely go again, apparently there are not many physical points of this coffee shop so this point was perfect right in the center of the city.
