很久沒在CN區po文，今天趁新的一年剛開始來跟大家說聲新年快樂，祝大家有一個美好的2024🥳
既然出現了，當然要分享一下我知大家至愛的。。。吃！這個在香港時候我們叫”打邊爐“，其實我也不知為甚麼會有這個名稱，究竟打甚麼呢🤔？不管了，總之就是好吃的就可以！！！
這頓火鍋我和家人一共13大5小😅在我家吃，還好不用煮餸菜，省了我很多功夫。家人分工合作每人帶些火鍋料來，我就負責預備場地和洗點蔬菜。不過我也不是完全沒貢獻。最近我在學做各類肉丸，包括魚丸，貢丸和牛丸。這些在英國買都不平宜，250克不夠20顆都要賣£5約港幣50。自己買冷凍魚或新鮮mince 豬／牛，一樣的價格可以做出4至5倍的丸子。以後化一點點時間功夫就可以省下很多錢喔🤑
今天火鍋我讓家人試吃我做的丸子。他們平常都是廚房高手，廚藝比我高得多，但大家都讚丸子好吃😄
晚餐準備好時大家都急不及待開始。吃到一半時我才突然想起我沒拍照喔！！這時唯有趕快拍一下桌上剩下的食物，和跟家人開開心心過一個愉快晚上的情境。
當晚我最開心，就是看到家中幾個小孩子玩得很開心遠。我很不容易才抓到5個小孩跟我拍個照，原來要5個1至10歲的小孩乖乖一起拍個照真的不容易喔！
Yesterday I hosted dinner for my family, 13 adults and 5 kids!! Luckily no cooking was needed as we had hot pot, that's like a fondue, where we cook the food at the table in a pot of broth. Each family bought some food over and I made some meat and fish balls. These are very expensive in UK, and cost about £5 for less than 20 pieces. Recently I learned to make them at home. It incredibly easy and quick to make and cost only a fraction of the price in the shops. All my family are much better cooks than me, and they all agreed my home made fishball and meatballs tasks as good a the ones bought from the shops! Success😀
Everyone was very eager to dig into the food that we forgot to take photos of the setup. By the time I remembered, we were already half way through the food and I quickly snapped a few shots.
My most prize photo of the night was getting the 5 kids to take a selfie with me. I never realised getting 5 kids between 1 to 10 years to do a selfie would be such hard work, but it was totally worth it. Such a priceless photo!
