Idle Games Progress: Terracore, Golem Overlord and Crownrend

in LeoFinance12 days ago

It's been a while, but I have been playing some idle games on Hive and haven't talked much about it on my blog posts. I have played Terracore and Golem Overlord for quite a while and started Crownrend recently. I thought it would be a good idea to track how well I am doing regarding both of these games over time. I like these games because you don't have to do anything but wait and collect now and then. So, in a way, these games are perfect for someone like me who doesn't have that much time.

Terracore

Terracore is my first idle game, and the UI hasn't really changed. The last post was still from over a year ago, so it doesn't look like much has changed at all. My stats have gone up, and I usually just spend a few minutes a day on it. So I haven't given up on it completely. My stats have gone up, but I also don't have as much hope here too without any updates.

The price of scrap tokens has dropped quite a bit, and ever since my last idle games update, the price has dropped even further. I am still playing for now, as it doesn't take much time, but it's sad to see.

Golem Overlord

Golem Overlord is the second idle game that I played, and this game is one in which I have already recouped my initial investment. I am still quite active there as I show up twice a day or so to do my attacks and claim. The UI has changed slightly, and a new conquest mode is available. I don't play conquest mode, so not much has changed from my usual pattern of spending a few minutes a day here. There hasn't been any new blog posts since half a year ago. So I am a bit worried, but I don't think its been that long. I remember the developer focusing on things for a while, then takinga break. I do hope that the updates continue in the future.

The price of PART tokens has seen a price dip since the last time I checked, but its holding up a lot better compared to Terracore's SCRAP. Overall, it didn't seem that bad until a few months ago. I guess the lack of updates has had a downwards pressure on that price.

The price of shard was decent a few months ago, but it looks like it has dipped. I also think the lack of updates is probably the reason why as SHARD is generated with every single claim.

Crownrend

Crownrend is my 3rd idle game. Like Terracore and Golem Overlord, I visit this game 1-2 times a day. My stats have gone up a decent amount, but I also opened some chests for equipment. I think the equipment matters quite a bit as it adds a decent amount of stats once you get a good rarity item. They also post developer updates once a month, and they mentioned that a new update would be live soon. So I am quite optimistic about this one.

DENAR has fell quite a bit since it came out. I think it was to be expected with all of the DENAR generated. I have heard that it is possible to earn quite a bit at the higher end. My stats are nowhere close to that though. I am just using my DENAR in-game for chests or for my stats.

Conclusion

These are the three idle games that I am playing. From how things look, Golem Overlord and Crownrend are still decent, but Terracore is looking bad. The lack of updates on Terracore doesn't bode well as the token value continues to slip. Actually, the value is slipping on all of the games as it is inflationary. I am glad that I recouped my initial investment on Golem Overlord and Crownrend after my experience with Terracore. I am slightly worried for Golem Overlord, but its not as bad as Terracore.

Have you started playing Terracore, Crownrend or Golem Overlord yet?

I only play risingstar as idle game and the token there sink too... Seems like all idle games sooner or later are doomed

Yea. I think the inflation is a big issue that all of them needs to solve.
