We woke up to a drier morning here in DD (we came home last night) unlike in the other town where it is drizzly and cold. The hubby said he could not feel his toes when he went out early yesterday to load up the truck with gravel & sand and then deliver it to the ongoing rehabilitation of the road leading to our Lil Kingdom. How the weather changes these days is crazy!
But yeah, today's warmer temperature (18°C) would allow us some outdoor playtime later in the day and we might even go forth with the plan to take the chainsaw which had been kept long in the storage for a test run and cut some of the dead trees on the edge of the property before they rot and become completely useless.
Anyway, yesterday was HPUD and before going to bed in the morning (stayed all night tending to my dearest Mom), I added a bit to my staked HIVE, a small step to rebuilding my Hive Power.
Like always after every successful staking during a Hive Power Up Day, Hivebuzz came with a buzzing comment under my post confirming the power up.
While I started the year with 26.35k HP, it is now down to 23,838 HP after last month's unstaking which was rather wrong timing because HIVE dropped from its January 5th price (68 cents). I thought of powering it back but decided to hold it liquid to see how things go. And instead of letting it sit idle in my wallet, I sent it to Binance Earn.

The APR is currently at 15.16% down from the 45% some 3-4 days ago. They may have acquired HIVE or users may have deposited more, hence the decline. I may send it back on-chain when the APR drops further. Until then, let's have fun this weekend!
