The year 2024 has been over and we enter into 2025. The last year give me mixed emotions to me, some things happened which make me happy and their are some moments that make me sad. This is the life and their are always up and downs but we should always look forward. When I look at my last year time then I can observed many activities or habit which are not much productive and some of them are not at all needed. Some of the habits which I forgot sure need to get rid of in new year to improve my productivity and the the health. I must take some habits seriously in the year 2025 to improve my health, it's. It like I have any serious issue with my health issue but as a precautionary measure and of course health is wealth. This will be helpful for mental as well as physical health. Any habit which is not creating any positive effect or adding any value in my life should be left behind and habit making positive effect should be included, this will be my main moto.
I have very bad habit of taking unnecessary stress it work around me special the office work. I will try to change my this habit, I know this is not going to change in one day and take time as this is inherent habit. But I guess the meditation and the yoga will surely help in this. Even spearing a little time for 15 min for mediation in the morning will be a good start. It's very helpful to get the relief form stress and also helps in day to day life activities. It is have proven technique and I am planning to make it a habit in my daily life. For a small time I was able to perform it on ratiné basis but some how I was not able to continue. I always feel refreshing and energetic after performing yoga. Now is the winter time here so it's little hard to get out of bed early but still I will try to make it a ratiné. I also try to left the office work pressure at office only and after leaving the office I will not talk about it as after office all time is for the family and friends. I will try to draw a line between office and personal life and will try to make work life balance. Form April to December we have alternative Saturday off which is also a good initiative by company for work life balance.
My body weight index is not as required, and I am overweight. In new year I am trying to be improve it, and the best way is to make it right is walking and taking health diet. In case of diet I am avoiding the junk food and fried food. I had started a stick diet plan for a month and will observed the results. As per the diet plan I need to follow it strictly and afterwards I can get some relief.
We are expecting in this month so my responsibility will be more. I need to spare more time for family even my mother is always with us for help. Their will be some daily life ratiné changes also which are obvious. The initial months after the birth of baby are going to be more hectic and we have to adjust our timings as per baby's requirement. And surely will create a Hive account for him also. My elder already has a Hive account but unfortunately form last couple of months I am not able to be active much form that account. In new year I will try to post regularly so that the account will be grow before I will be able to handover to her. I am not able to spare time for my Hive account also but in coming year I ma concentrating more or some of the communities and trying to increase my activity on regular basis. In past year I posted 234 publication let it make 365, i.e one post every day.
