This is my entry for #FungiFriday initiated by @ewkaw
Because of the rainy season, whenever I have the chance to go home to my parent's house and carry my camera with me, I will definitely do that because it is the time that I can try to find any mushrooms just around the house vicinity. Because it is in the village, it is easier to find some abandoned places where I might be lucky to find mushrooms. Even in the past I as lucky to be able to find them at home when my parents still had the firewood, some of them were exposed to the rain so it was easy for the mushrooms to grow.
This time I had to go into the undergrowth of an unattended area near the house, I usually try to focus on the insects and the critters, but that time I was more focused on finding mushrooms under the shrubs and trees. because I believe some of the decomposed leaves and branches might be a good place for mushrooms to grow.
Well, my guess paid off, and I found this lovely mushroom on the small decomposed branch under one of the mushrooms. It was a bit damp, wet, and getting very minimal sunlight because of the leaves of the plant, so the mushroom could grow well.
And the mushroom that I found might be the Roridomyces roridus. Roridomyces roridus, commonly known as the dripping bonnet or the slippery mycena, is a species of agaric fungus in the family Mycenaceae.
It grew alone, and I love the little brown cap, as well as the long and almost translucent body.
Not just that lovely mushroom for today. I also have some insignificant mushroom findings that I photographed in the place where my parents usually put the firewood. I was expecting to see more, but I think my luck was not that good that time to find mushrooms in the garden.
I am also not sure which species are these small mushrooms that I could there. So I leave it to you to enjoy them, and maybe could help me to identify them. ahaha
