Today we’ll talk a bit about @splinterlands and why you might consider getting into the project in 2025, as big changes are coming to the game. I believe it’s a great time to consider diving into this world.
Today, I won’t be discussing strategies, but rather a bit about the game’s economy and my personal opinion on what I would do if I were just starting out. So, let’s begin:
ROTATION
If you read my previous posts, I was right because in just a few days, the Chaos Legion expansion will rotate into the Wild league. It was a solid set, and the gap it leaves in Modern will be filled by the new Conclave Arcana cards. This kind of rotation is completely normal in card games (some sets come in, others rotate out).
I’m not saying you can’t play in the Wild league, but you’ll have to pay a certain amount of DEC per season, which might not be very profitable if you’re a new player. Plus, you likely won’t own many of the older cards used in Wild, since it includes every card ever released.
WHAT COULD YOU DO?
Conclave Arcana, to me, represents a new beginning. I’ve looked at all the new cards coming in, and I can tell the game’s meta is going to shift completely.
So, you might want to invest in some of these cards either by buying booster packs or getting individual cards from the market once they’re available. These cards could last you more than a year until the next rotation.
I call it a fresh start because all existing players will have to get the new cards so you’ll be on equal footing with them. The only deciding factors will be your budget and luck with pack openings, if you go that route.
Some might say veteran players have an advantage, but I’d say it’s a 50/50. New players can pick up Rebellion cards (which I expect will drop in price), and as for other cards, there’s the Glint shop, where it’s just a matter of time before players can acquire the needed cards there.

💲HOW MUCH TO INVEST?
I’d say around $30 is enough to get started:
- $10 for the Spellbook
- $15 to buy a few cards or packs
- $5 to rent SPS or cards
Beyond the game itself, if you create good content about Splinterlands on this blockchain, you could recover your investment in just a few months and your account will gradually grow.
That’s why this might be one of the best times to get into the game. Conclave Arcana marks a fresh beginning you can get cards that will last you for months, and the project’s assets (cards, tokens like DEC, SPS, HIVE) are all relatively affordable if you’re willing to invest.

Hoy hablaremos un poco de @splinterlands y del porque podrías considerar entrar al proyecto en este 2025 ya que llegaran grandes cambios al juego, con lo que considero que podrías pensar en apuntar hacia este mundo y entrar en él.
Hoy no te voy a hablar de estrategias si no un poco de su economía y mi opinión si te animas a entrar y lo que yo haría si empezara en el juego. Dicho esto comencemos:
ROTACION
Si leyeron mis anteriores post tenia razón ya que en pocos días la expansión de Chaos Legion se ira a la liga de Wild la cual fue muy buena y la que llenara ese hueco en **Moderno **seria las nuevas cartas de Conclave Arcana. Esto es algo muy normal en los juegos de cartas ( unas llegan y otras se van ).
No te digo que no puedes jugar en dicha liga ( wild ) pero allí tendrás que pagar x cantidad de DEC por temporada entonces no lo veo tan rentable si eres un jugador nuevo, aparte de que no tendrás cartas ya que allí se juegan todas las cartas que existen en el juego ( viejas y nuevas ).
QUE PODRÍA HACER?
Conclave Arcana para mi es un inicio, ya que pude observar todas las cartas que llegaran y noto que el meta del juego va a cambiar por completo.
Entonces podrías apostar por adquirir algunas de ellas, ya sea que compres sobres o consigas las cartas sueltas en el mercado cuando las pongan allí y estas cartas te pueden durar mas de 1 año hasta la próxima rotación.
Te digo que es un inicio ya que todos los jugadores que están en el juego si o si tendrás que adquirir las cartas nuevas y por decirlo así estarás en igualdad de condiciones. El único factor va a ser tu capacidad adquisitiva y la suerte de la apertura de tus sobres si decides optar por ese camino.
Muchos dirán que los jugadores antiguos tienen alguna ventaja y yo diría que un 50/50 ya que los nuevos podrían comprar las cartas de Rebellion que siento que bajaran de precio y en cuanto a las otras tienen la tienda de Glint que es cuestión de tiempo a que adquieran las que salen allí.

CUANTO INVERTIR ?
Yo diría que con unos 30 dólares podrías empezar: 10 para el libro de hechizos , 15 para comprar algunas cartas o packs y 5 para arquilar sps o cartas.
Aparte del juego , si creas buen contenido en esta blockchain sobre splinterlands en algunos pocos meses puedes recuperar la inversión y tu cuenta ira creciendo poco a poco.
Es por eso que este puede ser uno de los mejores momentos para entrar al juego ya que Conclave Arcana marca un inicio, podes comprarte cartas que te duraran unos meses y los activos del proyecto como cartas, token ( dec, sps, hive ) están económicos por si quieres apostar por ello.
