Today I have created a Video on the ETF Masterclass where I have talked extensively about Investing in ETF for Begineers. In this video I have talked about what exactly is ETF, how ETFs works.
I also talked about Active and Passive ETFs, identifying the best ETFs to invest in. Also the costs which we have to keep in mind before investing in ETF and the investment startegy which you should keep in mind. When we talk about the costs, there are a lot of hidden costs like the Tracking Error, Buy and Sell Spread and the Expense Ratio. We have to keep in mind these costs before selecting the ETFs. I have explained that in the Video.
Then I talked about the Strategy which we should follow to create the wealth for the long run. I am personally following one of the startegy which is actually working nicely for me. And I will continue to invest in that startegy in the longer run to get good wealth out of it. ETF is the simplest and easiest way to invest in the market. You can invest even Rs 20, for buying an ETF.
Think of people who uses Rs 100 daily for their Tea and Coffee, then can use this money to invest in the ETF and thus you can see how your simple money is growing in the long run. Along with that I have also talked about the Rebalancing which we should be doing which can easily increase our XIRR by 1 to 2% in the longer run.
