We have multiple cards in the reward shop, which we can purchase using the glint tokens. This is a token that we earn by the gameplay and this token can be used only in the reward shop for buying anything available over there. Recently the team has added gold cards in the reward shop which means we can buy them and it is confirmed that we will get them. I believe that this is a great addition to the game where we know what we are going to buy and we will get the same. Obviously in this case the cost is going to be higher because we are going to get a gold card which is a great value addition to the game. I keep on buying different rarity cards from the reward shop and this is how I utilise the token balance that I earn through the gameplay.
Today I am going to buy some gold cards from the rare rarity and I will be buying 10 cards. The cost of one draw is 15k glint tokens hence for 10 cards I need to pay 15k glint tokens in total. This is a good amount of poop and undoubtedly but because I am going to buy a gold card with rare rarity then I think this cost is justified. Obviously when we think about epic or legendary then this cost is very high but considering what we get makes sense. There is no need to go with potion and this is why this option is not there. This option is available when we want gold cards out of it but because we are already buying the gold then that option is irrelevant and this is why buying directly is the only feature that is available here.
The purchase is done and I have got 10 cards which I need to open and I am going to reveal them all in one go to see what cards I have received out of all 10. There is no surprise about the gold because anyway I have bought the same and this is different but good this time.
Now I have opened all the cards and below is the list of cards that I have received in rare edition. Rare cards are great to have in the game and the new cards that we received from Rebellion edition are also pretty good for the battles. Although my collection in this edition is limited but I am trying to grow it more. With this, I have the opportunity to get more reward cards which I am trying to do and hopefully, in the next few months, I should be able to accumulate a good number of cards this way.
I level up these cards from time to time because I dont play the battle on the basic level and I prefer playing on a higher level since the experience of gaming on a higher level is amazing. There is no fun playing with the basic cards in the game and ideally the card level should be five and above to experience better gaming on Splinterlands. This is what I think but maybe people can have different opinions but because I like playing on a higher level hence I am on it to have high-level reward cards from the Rebellion edition.
I have seen more items coming to the reward shop gradually and it is good because as a player we have multiple options to buy over there. We also get the flexibility to buy whenever we want because the tokens we earn through the gameplay can be accumulated for a longer period. It's we who can decide when we want to use those tokens to spend in the shop and buy what we like to have.
