Hope we are enjoying the winter as its gradually setting in community 😍.
Its indeed very obvious that time is the only thing that waits for no one, but instead, we are the ones that certainly waits for time. I could not believe that the 11th month of the year known as November is about to end. And I begin to ask myself how did it happen because I could still vividly remember how my family and I toasted with glasses of wine 🍷 just this January. Toasting that 2025 that we declared as our year of “Dream Fulfilled year “ will come to pass.
Even while I can’t remember how this year 2025 flew by and ticking so fast to leave us, I can say with gratitude 🙏 that this year is one happy year for my family and I even though we are still waiting and expecting more miracles to perfect the year.
I was filled with anxieties 😟 at the beginning of this year due to how we had accommodation problems from 2024 into 2025 because of a nonchalant Landlady who after we paid some huge amount of money at the beginning of 2024 decided to quit us after the first six (6) months as new tenants in her compound. Here excuse was that her daughter who lives else were around the island wants to move into our own apartment because they increased her rent. I could not buy her story so we involved a lawyer.
Obtaining another six(6) months after the involvement of the lawyer made it obviously she was lying. But then we must have to move after the six months . My anxiety 😥 then was towards how rent in Nigeria property suddenly tripped and no one is ready to look at your face, which practically means that you are on your own. Thanks to God we were able to pass through the hurdles of property search and obtained one of the best places even though we have to pay 💰 through our nose.
Secondly, earlier this year my daughter was admitting to one of her dream University. And the problem after the admission was the found she will be needing to process all the requirements, including the “proof of fund”. Some huge kind of money 💴 that is so scary 😦. But then, they say” Faith Moves Mountain”. A mountain ⛰ you never know how to lift off your shoulders. But God brought out the avenues and helped us to source the funds that made everything so easy even though it affected all our savings, but we did achieved her relocating to college
Right now am looking forward towards some expecting jobs that has lingered through the year due to how hard the economy of my country has become. Many jobs that are pending because of how individuals will prefer to first bring food 🥘 to the table for their families before considering some certain services they need as most people are struggling to make ends meet.
And the problem with life is that humans tries to set goals and objectives, and which they will put in every effort to achieving them, but the unforeseen circumstances are always the bridge that makes most not achievable. But this is how life plays out because we can never do them all.
However, the most important about the year running to ending is that we are alive and thriving. That we have our health with 💯 percent assurance and not laying sick or paying hospital bills. That our loved ones are with us and we are not mourning, that we are still hopeful since we are still at the 11th month. That even though our resolutions for 2025 is not met or not totally 💯 achieved, we are still very optimistic because miracles are real and only in the hands of God, the Almighty .
