These are photos I took while collecting leaves from different plants—these in particular are cassava leaves. I gathered them for a class on agriculture in the community. Bringing these samples to students excites them because they get to observe the various shapes and textures of plants. Additionally, they learn about local traditions, which helps them connect with nature and understand the significance of agricultural workers.
Son fotos que obtuve mientras recolectaba hojas de distintas plantas, estas son de yuca. Las recolectaba para una clase sobre la agricultura en la comunidad. Llevarles estas muestras a los estudiantes los motiva mucho porque pueden observar las distintas formas y texturas de las plantas. Además, aprenden sobre las tradiciones de la comunidad y es una forma de conectar con la naturaleza y la importancia de los trabajadores agropecuarios.

To enhance the colors and reduce some noise in my photos, I always use Snapseed on my phone. I highly recommend it for nature photography!
