Hello all Hive People & Splinterlands lovers,
In my previous posts also I mentioned that how dynamic is the Splinterlands team, they always add new fun in the game b adding new feature, new rules and updating the UI also. This is why I called it the best game on Hive blockchain. The is the game which give me the true earning of play2earn gaming. The team has done a major update in UI and make is more user friendly. The one more reason foe the UI update is to make it more suitable for the mobile application. The update are in for New card selection "Select Units" UI , “Seeking Opponent” and “Match Rules” screen & Select Summoner & Select Unit. I found that The update for the match Select Summoner & Select Unit are very innovative and useful. Have a look at the below screenshot.
At first I feel confused, but when I take a close look, I found that all things are so organized and make the experience easy to use. When we play the game on the web we are on big screen and its easy to select the cards and locate the cards also when we are preparing the team, but the situation is not easy when its comes to a mobile screen. A mobile screen has limitations, a player has to scroll up and down to locate the suitable card. When we preparing a team the time is very crucial and some time we are running against the time. The new UI is very helpful in such situations.
So many filters make the life easy. Players can filter the monster by their ability, the attack type, mana cist wise, foil wise, rarity wise and card set wise. I personally loved the mana cost filer and the ability filter.
In the above screenshot I selected the Earth team for play and filter the team with the heal and fly ability. At first I through that it will filter the cards has both the abilities but the it shows the cards have any of those filtered ability. In game point of view its good also and it reduced the number of card for selection.
Game progress
I am battling in the Diamond III league at present and hopefully will be unlock the Diamond II league by the end of the season. Last season was nice as I earned 162,396 glint tokens, the number includes the ranked play rewards and the season end rewards both. I spent 150000 Glint token and purchased the 1500 Major Draws and also spent the 140000 Glint token on Legendary Draw.
Player can purchase the Draws with the Glint token any time during the season but each draw has the cost restriction and cost increased on purchase of defined number of draws. So if you wan to efficiently use the Glints then its better to use each every season. This is the excited open draws at each season start. At start of the season I purchased two type of draws - rare and the legendary. I have not shared the outcome of draws with the community till now so its time so show what I pulled.
I am battling in the Diamond III league now (please see the above screenshot). Only 300 more rating points are required to unlock the next league i.e Diamond II League. The Glint boost is at 9.26x and with each winning battle I am getting the 379 Glints. The staked SPS and the Guild boost are also considered in same.

Legendary Draw
From 150 chests, I received 203 cards, 219 potions, 28 energy, and 20357 merits. No doubt getting 203 cards out of 150 draws is not at all bad deal. The merits pulled from the draws will be sufficient to purchase the 10 packs. In total I have 233,578 Merits in my wallet.
