Quince juice or beer? Interesting for sure for this week's #BeerSaturday challenge

in BEERyesterday

Since the jubilee 400th week of #beersaturday, 20 days ago, when I published my last post about beer tasting, I got into some business, but also personal commitments, which made me not have time to enjoy craft beers.

I wasn't even allowed to enjoy alcohol too much, because I was often in the car, so I avoided drinking alcohol as a matter of course.
Several times I met with friends and visited restaurants with family members where we drank wine, so there was no place for beer 🫣

This weekend too, I have very little time, I'm driving in the afternoon, I still took one can, the only one left in my fridge, of Robocraft Brewery.
Beers with a small % of alcohol, which contain quince juice.

I believe that this one beer cannot affect my ability to drive a car.
And if the police stop me (unless they have some directive from the top of the government, where they should act, like last weekend, and not stop drunks on the streets), when they ask me if I've had anything to drink, I'll answer: "Yes, quince juice" 🙂

Another interesting beer brewed at the Robocraft brewery
Retro sickness
which has water, barley malt, hops and natural quince juice as its ingredients. Without artificial colors and flavors.

It is Quince ALE, an unfiltered and unpasteurized beer with 5% alcohol.

After opening the can, I didn't smell the quince at all. The beer is hoppy, so you can feel mild citrus notes, but no trace of juniper.
When pouring, it produces a thin foam, which falls very quickly.

For this reason, I took a few sips immediately after pouring, so that I could feel the real aroma of this beer through the foam.

Only when the beer passes over the lips and tongue, the quince aroma is felt.
The beer is drinkable, refreshing, has no bitterness, and is slightly carbonated. It has a beautiful yellow color.

I don't know what hopped Craft beers taste like. I would have thought that there was some juice in my glass with a slight taste and smell of quince.

There is very little alcohol and I will have no problem heading to the car as soon as I publish this post.
In the next #beersaturday, I hope to have a more interesting tasting.

Cheers!

I'm curious! I never tasted the beer with a quince taste! 🍻
Please vote for the new Ecency Proposal.

If I go to Slovenia or Italy, to smuggle a few pieces, so we can meet to pick them up?

Everything is possible! 😎🍻
