I think the ourpick team is doing a great job, and I am glad that you are just letting them work though without biasing them. I am also looking forward to the rewards next week.
We try to put as few rules as possible to our curators and they do a great job putting a lot of themselves into the project.
Thanks for sharing. Could you share more detail about the 24 hour voting period that you mentioned in the video? I think I had heard about that before but not very knowledgeable about it.
Thanks a lot for your question. I'm not 100% sure whether this has been changed or not but there is a voting window of 24 hours where curation rewards are 100%. After that, with every day after post publication the curation return is reduced slightly. Therefore it's an advantage to be able to vote within 24 hours after post publication.

Considering the amount of time and effort curation takes, I really ought to pay more attention to it. Usually, it slips under my rather weak radar...

a bit out of topic, I tend to see 3speaks video broken in the middle, so I have to refresh the browser. do other experience the same?

maybe, it always freeze if I play more than a couple of minutes. And end up I have to refresh and play it again
I had a similar issue... It was like buffering didn't work... But, I didn't have to reload the video; it continued itself after 2-3 interruptions...
