welcome to my blog again. I am so glad that you are here again. Today i would like to share the recipe of vegetable masala maggie which is my favourite variation in Maggie.
Mostly everyone likes maggie, and everyone likes to experiment with it. I also like to do the same and today i want to share my favourite maggie recipe with you all.
Maggie is not a healthy option but it is so tasty that occasionally we like to eat maggie. We can make it a little healthy by adding some vegetables. There are 2 benefits to add vegetables.
First we get the nuturions of vegetables and second that by adding vegetables we feel full in small quantity of maggie.
There are many ways to make maggie , you can make maggie in 2 minutes or you can make it in 30 minutes also. You can add vegetables, corn , cheese , spices of your choice. Maggie can be enjoy for instant hunger, midnight craving or in breakfast. Sometimes it even fixes a bad mood :,-)

Ingredients ✅
- Meggie 6 piece
- Onion 1
- Cabbage 1 small piece
- Green peas 1/2 bowl
- Corn 1/4 bowl
- Green chilli 1-2
- Capsicum 1
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Maggie masala
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder/ red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
- Ketchup 2-4 tbsp
- Sezwan chutney optional
process to make the maggie ✅
Step 1 : boiling the Maggie
First take a big vessel or pan. Put water in it. Boil the water. Add little salt and 2-3 drops oil in it.
When the water start boiling add maggie pieces in it. If you want to add green peas and corn , than boil it with the Maggie.
Boil till 80-85% meggie.
Than strain the excess water . Now add cold water on the boiled Maggie so cooking process has stopped and meggie should not be overcooked.
Step 2 : Chopped the vegetables
Now chopped the vegetables. You can choose vegetables of your choice. I choose onion , cabbage, green chilli and capsicum. I chooped into medium slices.
Preparation are done for make a delicious Maggie.
Step 3 : process to make the maggie
Now take a pan add oil in it.
Heat the oil and add chopped onion in it.
Saute the onion for 1 minute or till onion start to get soft, than add cabbage in it.
Cook for 1 minute on the medium flame. Don't overcook the vegetable. Cook till 80%.
Now add chopped capsicum and green chilli in it.
Mix well and add species. Cook for one minute and add little water in it. Also add ketchup in it. You can adjust the quantity of ketchup to your taste.
You can also add sezwan chutney. Vegetable masala is ready.
Step 4 : mix the boil Maggie in the masala
Now add boiled maggie in it. Mix well.
Your Maggie is ready to enjoy. Enjoy hot with your loved ones and be happy 😀😀.
