Warm greetings fellow shadow hunters! ๐ ๐ ๐ โจ ๐ค
For my entry in Shadow Hunters Community Contest/Show Me a Shadow: Round 341 today, I'd like to share a batch of photos that I took just a short while ago, in the late afternoon sun, of the striking play of light and shadows on the leaves of bele, also called edible Hybiscus,Abelmoschus manihot. Multiple varieties of this nutritious green grow all over the property, due to its ease of cultivation, and its vigorous productivity.
I find myself taking photos of the leaves of this plant quite often when the sun backlights them, as the sight is quite stunning indeed. The leaves are quite thin, but with thick, pronounced veins, so the sunlight passes through them easily, creating truly gorgeous shadows along the veins. I hope that you enjoy them as much as I did when I took them! ๐ ๐ ๐ โจ ๐ค
๐This is my entry!๐
All photos were taken with my Motorola G Play 2024 Android Phone.
Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! ๐๐๐โจ๐ค
