In the Shadow of a Tree
A walk outdoors brings us many benefits to our health, it is a very easy practice and generates little impact to our body. The park today is very dry, even so, nature is always spectacular.
For a walk in the city it is better to choose the parks where we find more vegetation, but now it has changed a little, the extreme sun due to climate change, shows us a very dry vegetation, except those trees that are protected and can survive, due to its mechanism of water reserves in their roots and can resist these attacks of nature itself.

A la Sombra De Un Árbol
Un paseo al aire libre nos trae muchos beneficios a nuestra salud, es una práctica muy fácil y genera poco impacto a nuestro cuerpo. El parque hoy se presenta con mucha sequía, aun así, la naturaleza siempre se muestra espectacular.
Para un paseo en la ciudad es mejor escoger los parques donde encontramos más vegetación, pero ahora ha cambiado un poco, el sol extremo debido a los cambios climáticos, nos muestra una vegetación muy seca, salvo aquellos árboles que se protegen y pueden sobrevivir, debido a su mecanismo de reservas de agua en sus raíces y pueden resistir a estos embates de la propia naturaleza.

Pero a nuestra vista, el medio ambiente no se muestra desolado, siempre tiene belleza natural que nos atrapa, y nos invita a reflexionar en el cuidado que debemos tener hacia ella, utilizando los recursos de la madre tierra con conciencia y de la manera adecuada. Para poder obtener los beneficios que ella nos brinda de una manera favorable.
I was so distracted on my walk that my cell phone was tucked away. But the shadows pulled me out of my thoughts and brought me back to reality. When I felt the sun on my head, I wanted to look for a tree to protect me a little, to rest and then continue my walk. I noticed the blankets of shade on the ground. I did not hesitate to take my images to capture the moment that was presented to me.
En mi paseo iba tan distraída, que mi celular estaba guardado. Pero las sombras me sacaron de mis pensamientos y me trasladaron a la realidad. Cuando sentí el sol en mi cabeza, quise buscar un árbol donde protegerme un poco, para descansar y luego proseguir mi marcha. Me di cuenta de los mantos de sombra en el piso. No dudé en sacar mis imágenes para capturar el momento que se me presentaba.
