Hello Everyone
Welcome to my entry post to shadow hunters community contest round 357 by @melinda010100
I took these photos when I was doing my Saturday cleaning last week.
These shadow photos have a funny story attached to it.
Because I took these photos to ascertain how quick my cleaning activities were going.
I first saw the shadow of the window on the floor when I was sweeping the room, I brought in the mopping stick to use and mop, that's after washing the toilet.
I struck a time target with the shadow on the floor because I knew it would move.
This made me imagine the methods our forefathers used to determine the time.
Because nobody could be counting seconds or were they 🤔
Maybe they did more of accurately determining morning, afternoon, evening, and night.
When the sun sets, it's morning.
When the sun starts shining, it's afternoon.
When the shadow moves from the east to the west, it's evening.
Nightfall and darkness, it's night.
Then maybe they could use a moving shadow to determine hours and in between the day's time.
I said to myself, "I would finish washing the toilet and mopping the room before the shadow goes away".
So,when I made a progress.
I quickly turn to look at the shadow to know how far it has moved to know if I was fast enough.
If you check the photos I took well, you would see that the shadow position changed.
Thank you very much for visiting my blog 😊
Do enjoy the rest of your day.
All photos are taken by me with my Android Mobile Phone
The first photo is my entry photo.
