Hola hola cómo está la comunidad más creativa en la cocina de HIVE? Yo muy bien gracias a Dios, he estado con bastante trabajo en mi emprendimiento gelatinero cosa que es súper genial porque sigo sumando mucho contenido interesante para compartir acá con ustedes en @creativecuisine y con toda la gente linda de HIVE ♥️ y pues en esta oportunidad les traigo una gelatina que hice el día de ayer.
In the video I left details of all the step by step of the elaboration and assembly of this beautiful gelatin. It is a gelatin with a mixture of traditional mosaic and three-dimensional mosaic with the original creative touch characteristic of Gelart.
En el vídeo les dejé detalles de todo el paso a paso de la elaboración y armado de esta bella gelatina. Se trata de una gelatina con una mezcla de mosaico tradicional y mosaico tridimensional con el toque creativo original característico de Gelart.
On the upper part I applied a gelatin painting technique, with which I made the spider web effect and painted with the two main colors of the theme. For this technique I use milk gelatin, I put the color I need to use and paint directly with the gelatin. I used here the red, turquoise blue and black tones of the brand colorisa better known in Venezuela as “payasito”.
En la parte superior aplique una técnica de pintura con gelatina, con la cuál hice el efecto de la telaraña y pinte con los dos colores principales de la temática. Para esta técnica utilizo gelatina de leche, le coloco el color que necesito usar y pinto directamente con la gelatina. Yo utilicé acá los tonos rojo, azul turquesa y negro de la marca colorisa mejor conocida en Venezuela como "payasito".
For the traditional mosaic part I used milk gelatin and colored gelatin, again with the two main tones of spiderman and this part I assembled it taking care that the colored gelatin would not be too stuck to the side edges because I wanted to have a white color on the outside with the hidden mosaic because that way the result looks much more aesthetic.
Para la parte del mosaico tradicional utilicé gelatina de leche y gelatina de colores, nuevamente con los dos tonos principales de spiderman y está parte la arme cuidando que la gelatina de colores no quedarán muy pegadas a los bordes laterales porque quería tuviera un color blanco por fuera con el mosaico oculto porque así me parece mucho más estético el resultado.

The part of the three-dimensional mosaic is made with transparent gelatin and inside I encapsulated squares of milk gelatin with the colors red and “turquoise” blue, in this brand the turquoise blue color has the particularity that it gives a very nice intense electric blue tone.
La parte del mosaico tridimensional la arme con gelatina transparente y adentro encapsulé cuadritos de gelatina de leche con los colores rojo y azul "turquesa", en esta marca el color azul turquesa tiene la particularidad que da un tono azul eléctrico intenso muy bonito.
For the transfer part with the spiderman image I used vegetable ink prints (edible) printed on plain paper, these images transfer the image to the gelatin and the paper is removed as you could see in the video.
Para la parte de la transferencia con la imagen de spiderman utilicé impresiones en tinta vegetal (comestible) impresos en hoja de papel normal, estas imágenes transfieren la imagen a la gelatina y se retira el papel como lo pudieron observar en el vídeo.
For the external decoration I used silicone molds of spheres, in the shape of a spider, stars and the result can be seen in the following photos and in the video.
Para la decoración externa utilice moldes de silicón de esferas, en forma de araña, estrellas y el resultado lo pueden apreciar en las siguientes fotos y en el vídeo.
