It is hard to be prepared, but still, even that story that they told you about the building being old and unsafe, is probably a message to visitors to take care of their homes, to maintain them...

It's really a pity that not many restaurants prepare stir-fried meals just because it takes more time to prepare them... That's one of the reasons why I like to order the "daily menu" in restaurants as they cook them in bigger pots and add them as "daily specials"... If someone would order for 1-2 people, they wouldn't bother to do it...
