What a nice walk. It has everything, from the imposing modern buildings so tall that they impress to that approach to the seashore. I loved the photo where you can see that old palace surrounded by concrete mass, it makes a very interesting contrast. What a shame that they didn't let you get close to the university, it looks like an ideal place to enjoy its forms and surely it has good stories and curiosities to know.

People who are filthy rich are in that position because they are greedy and all their moves are calculated and focused on getting richer... Humanitarian help, or creating a charity is also in the same pot... It's not for free, and only naive people think it is... They don't give a shit about you and me, or anyone else in some 3rd world country... They care about the resources and how to grow their wealth... Giving breadcrumbs to people and taking their diamonds... Just one of the best examples... Anyway, nice story and he (and his buddies) ruined a lot of countries all around the globe... If you realize there is a problem, you should try to help fix it, and not put the nail in the coffin and ruin so many lives...
