Could this moment be one of those secret ingredients? | Week 117

Hello coffee lovers in every sense of the word!

I just woke up, and what better way to do so than with a gesture to embrace the world, smile at it, and share the aroma of an exquisite, freshly brewed coffee with everyone!

Today I woke up with the question that @cinnccf offers us through this interesting initiative about the secret ingredients of some coffee shop he knows.

If we were to decide, a smile and friends are essential to accompany this indispensable Cuban beverage.

There are as many places in my city where you can discover new flavors, sensations, and pleasant moments around coffee as life is varied, with the zigzagging challenge of smiling at it.

One of them, without a doubt, is El balcón de los frutos.

This is a cafe located on the northwest corner of Leoncio Vidal Park in Santa Clara, a few meters from the La Caridad Theater, on top of what was once one of the city's most historically emblematic buildings. It offers spectacular views and offers, although not affordable for the budget of any Cuban professional, which are appreciated in its exquisite presentation and variety of flavors and textures that greet us as soon as we enter to occupy a table for tasting.

As you can see, this time I'm enjoying another day filled with learning and laughter alongside such special people as @lizandra and @ernestopg.

I've always heard the axiom that cites the importance of learning something new every day.

Thanks to @ernestopg, we learned to open sugar packets professionally and with a style reminiscent of the purest Lezamian lineage during his trips to Paris.

Could this moment be one of those secret ingredients that surprise us and we sometimes need to find?

Yes, every moment allowed us to discover those little secrets that go hand in hand with the art of coffee tasting, I repeat, always with a smile on our faces.

After the theoretical explanation of the process, the practical sessions were a must.

@lizandra, an exemplary student, displayed complete concentration and discipline, earning a 10 point score, because 10 were the biscuits we had ordered to overcome any setbacks with the sweet addition.

Once the new learning and discovery were successfully accomplished, time passed without us realizing it through stories told, laughter shared, and, for my part, eternal gratitude for having been able to enjoy each other's company.

With this last photo, I open the invitation to rediscover this place and its secrets with you.

I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did and let me know what you thought!

A big, coffee-scented hug!

Thank you very much for your visit!

Best regards @roswelborges

The place looks very nice, it must be very nice to have a coffee there. Everyday you learn something new, I didn't know there was a professional way to uncap a sugar sachet, hahaha. Thanks for sharing dear @roswelborges . A big hug from Maracay.

The bit about the professional way of opening the sugar packet was meant as a joke to lighten the mood, although it really has its own twist that not everyone knows about, hahaha....
Thanks for stopping by and commenting so kindly!
Big hugs!

Ha look at you all so concentrated on opening your sugar packs! While I'm not a fan of sweet coffee myself, I definitely get the appeal of this wonderful moment shared with loved ones :)

I'm glad you had fun!
I'm not a fan of sweet coffee either, although I don't like bitterness either. I prefer it just right.
Thanks for stopping by!
Big hugs
