Excellent Sunday of conversation coffee lovers.

A new conversation has been opened to get to know each other better. Today we will talk about how we would set up a coffee shop. Let's participate and let our tastes be known if we had the opportunity to place a local.

If I had the opportunity to place a coffee shop to my taste I would really do it with a thematic touch, that is to say I would give it a twist on what I love to do, it would be focused on literature. A place full of books to accompany the different styles of coffee with an excellent food for the mind.

Soft colors and excellent lighting to accompany the reading, a small stage for special presentations of poets and authors to read their works live. Ambient music, jazz and soft blues to accompany the harmony of the place.

Finally, the desserts, breads, sandwiches and so on, I would name them after famous writers and poets. I can imagine: "Give me a Gabriel García Marquez chocolate with some rolls of Lorca. Hahaha.😅

Those would be my crazy ideas for a coffee shop in my pure literary style. I look forward to reading you in the comments and hearing your ideas.☕

Oh, how wonderful, I received a call from the bank, they approved my entrepreneur credit. Yes, I will finally have the coffee shop of my dreams: Katty's Viví Coffee Shop. The oriental Venezuelan style, very close to the sea, with an airy indoor environment, for those seeking privacy and comfort, decorated with table and chairs for two and four people; plus a bar with fine wooden benches for those who like coffee at the bar, its walls with paintings and sculptures in wood by painters and sculptors Marigüitenses.
In the outdoor environment, outdoors, you will have a view of the sea, with rustic wooden tables and chairs, in the center of the table will rest local crafts and a large umbrella in the middle to provide shade to customers, some trees and flowers around the place.
The menu I will offer, I will start with the famous El Negrito, Guayoyito, with milk, coffee with spices, Espresso Americano, double Espresso, Latte, Capucchino, Frappucchino, Macchiato, I will also have available cold drinks, tea and local and national infusions. As my coffee shop grows, I will be adding other hot and cold beverages, breakfast menu, desserts, snacks and maybe lunch.
I can only invite you to come and taste your favorite drink only at Katty's Viví Café, with the exclusive attention of its owner and local barista @neilamarcano.

I like your menu. Sometimes I just feel like a guayoyito in the afternoon and the movement of people chatting, coming and going, without them having anything to do with me. Enjoy the scenery of people enjoying themselves with a coffee nearby, maybe play a game on my phone.
Without a doubt, I would go to Katty's Viví Café to taste @neilamarcano's guayoyo.

And here it is… Yesterday I received the long awaited loan and now I can work to create my perfect coffee shop. My dream is to make it clean and simple. It will have a touch of Zen vibe in it, maybe a small zen garden in one of the outside corners.

The main stars of the menu will be Espresso and V60 filter coffee. I will have a Hario siphon for occasional purposes when the customer wants a bit different coffee experience. I will have Latte and Cappuccino and nothing more. The list would be pretty simple.

Apart from the coffee varieties I will have Matcha and other teas from all around the world. White tea, green tea, black tea, various herbal and fruit teas. Tap water will also be available free of charged on demand. I hate when I have to pay for my water in coffee shops…

I will also choose some Japanese inspired cups, both for the espresso and the filter coffee. Inside of the cups will be pure white. This color makes V60 coffee shine in your hands. But now… A lot of hard work to do!

I often forget that they charge for water in some parts of the world, here in the US it is always free. I think such a basic need should be free, so good on you! 😁

The tea selection sounds enticing as well, a great compliment to the atmosphere you'd build. ☕️

It is very sad that they try to sell you water everywhere here in Europe… it is as if the water is of highly limited supply and something exquisite… a bottle of water can sometimes cost $5 at certain restaurants…

But hey, you will be always welcome when I build my coffee shop!

This reality is very sad, here in Venezuela we pay only one basic service per month, very minimal

Nothing makes me happier than walking through Indi's Cafe. Nothing compares to the satisfaction of fulfilling a dream and doing it surrounded by the people we love the most. My new coffee shop is my venture and I am accompanied in the business by my family. This allows us to breathe an atmosphere of tranquility and peace because of the beautiful energy that is felt among us: and that our future customers always feel at home.
The place has a capacity for 32 diners, distributed among the wooden chairs located in the bar area, large and comfortable sofas against the wall and tables for 4 people with chairs painted in the color of the cortadito coffee. There is also a small area upholstered with a moss green carpet with huge cushions for groups of friends who prefer to sit on the floor.
The walls are in pastel colors, and are adorned with large paintings that recreate the coffee harvesting process. The place is always accompanied by pleasant background music with low volume that transports you to another era. The uniform will be a beige T-shirt and pants for boys, and beige dress for girls.
The most important thing: our offer based on Arabica coffee, finding the most traditional brews such as espresso, bonbon, cappuccino, carajillo; others such as affogato, macchiato, iced coffee, latte macchiato, frappé,Viennese, Irish, Asian, iced coffee, Scotch, burnt carajillo, Irish... We will also have varieties of tea, water, juices and sweets, most of them chocolate.
The specialty of the house will be the Indi coffee, which will be prepared according to the client's taste, and will be accompanied by a very special dessert for us because it is our grandmother's bonbon recipe.
But everything I have just described is my great dream, which I hope to be able to make come true with a lot of effort in a short time, because just yesterday I received a bank loan that I will use to open my coffee shop: Indi's Cafe.

The cups are real, with them we invite our guests to drink coffee at home, because at home everyone has their own coffee cup and they are not uniform 😅. The cups are sold as souvenirs in many fairs here in Cuba. Thank you @missdeli, I'm so glad you liked the photo, I took it myself with a lot of love, and then I edited it to add the name of the coffee shop. I wanted you to see the smoke from the freshly brewed coffee but my phone camera didn't help me 😂.

Definitely, my coffee shop would be a coffee shop-library-with the right to bring pets.

There you could sit for hours and let your coffee get cold while you've been enraptured by a novel. It would be a coffee shop with tables under trees, and, why not, since we're talking about dream coffee shops, I'd love it to have little tree houses, hanging shelters where you could retreat to with your coffee, your book, and your cat. Listening to the birds (and making sure the cat doesn't eat the birds).
It would be a cafe with live music on Saturdays (I don't know why on Saturdays): a little jazz or some soloist, in short sets spaced throughout the day.
I would like it to offer an extensive menu of coffees and teas, with espresso, or any of the chocolate presentations, and I would also like the carajillo. I wish it also offered those fruity coffees, which I read about in a post by @macchiata.
Glass cups to be able to appreciate the color of the drink and all the luminous and chromatic game that comes together in a drink like coffee or tea (which can have beautiful colors and transparencies where one can get lost)....
Finally, I will show you the exact location of my coffee shop, so that you can see what the place looks like both during the day and at night.

As you can see, the only thing missing is the coffee shop I dream of and uistedes to keep me company.

Well, well! One of my dreams ☕ a small and aromatic coffee shop somewhere in the world, 🌎 for sure after analyzing important aspects such as my business plan, purchase of equipment and kitchenware, list of possible suppliers, location, place, concept, menu and of course my digital marketing I would start to organize a vintage decoration, I would like beautiful display case for desserts, toasted brown tone, gold and beige would decorate the walls of the place, I would like to decorate the walls with golden and beige tones, comfortable but not extravagant furniture, chalk boards for the menu, a bar and individual and group tables to enjoy the best moment of coffee ☕ ♨️ and of course an outside area, with small spotlights that would complement and excellent illumination.
In the menu there would be variety the one of the grandmother, espresso, American, coffee with milk, cappuccino, mocca, latte, bonbon and frape 😁 that ambitious and with them great variety of desserts that will do of this place with flavour and aroma, a cafe with soul
