Oh, how wonderful, I received a call from the bank, they approved my entrepreneur credit. Yes, I will finally have the coffee shop of my dreams: Katty's Viví Coffee Shop. The oriental Venezuelan style, very close to the sea, with an airy indoor environment, for those seeking privacy and comfort, decorated with table and chairs for two and four people; plus a bar with fine wooden benches for those who like coffee at the bar, its walls with paintings and sculptures in wood by painters and sculptors Marigüitenses.
In the outdoor environment, outdoors, you will have a view of the sea, with rustic wooden tables and chairs, in the center of the table will rest local crafts and a large umbrella in the middle to provide shade to customers, some trees and flowers around the place.
The menu I will offer, I will start with the famous El Negrito, Guayoyito, with milk, coffee with spices, Espresso Americano, double Espresso, Latte, Capucchino, Frappucchino, Macchiato, I will also have available cold drinks, tea and local and national infusions. As my coffee shop grows, I will be adding other hot and cold beverages, breakfast menu, desserts, snacks and maybe lunch.
