Hello, happy afternoon to coffee lovers. I hope you are enjoying a nice snack with a delicious coffee with milk as a companion. Around here the afternoon is very rainy and I went for a hot chocolate with butter cookies which we commonly call dry pasta, but I will share that moment with you later. Today I want to share with everyone a very tasty recipe that I prepared on Saturday while we were preparing this week's desserts. It is the famous Frappuccino that we sometimes ask for in the coffee shops we visit but it is not the most common since it is a cold drink, practically made with a lot of ice in the form of frappé, and a lot of whipped cream on the surface.
This weekend was a bit hot, something that is very common in the tropical afternoons of this area, even so I enjoy my afternoon coffee somewhere where there is a lot of breeze, or in an air-conditioned room. But for some time now I have had the desire to prepare the frapuccino and I was only missing the whipped cream or chantilly. Some of our desserts have this ingredient, apart from melted chocolate and cocoa powder, so all I needed was the desire to make it, hahaha.

Early in the morning, after preparing the first guayoyo of the day, I put some in an ice cube tray and put it in the freezer. In the afternoon, my ice cubes were frozen and ready to start my recipe. Why coffee cubes and not ice cubes? Because the idea is that the smoothie has a pure flavor and the water softens it.I am going to give you the ingredients I used, and the steps which are very simple.

The ingredients are:
8 cubes of frozen coffee
One cup of cold liquid coffee
One tablespoon of sugar
Half a tablespoon of cocoa powder
One heaping tablespoon of powdered milk
Whipped cream and melted chocolate to taste

The steps are:
Place all ingredients except the whipped cream and melted chocolate in the blender.

Blend until it is in the form of a frappé.

Serve in a glass or cup, and top with whipped cream and chocolate.
And enjoy this delight!

I hope you liked my recipe, and put it into practice. I will share a story with you over a cup of coffee another time. Happy monday.
