Mogren fortress, Montenegro and sunset view by @duskobgd

image.png

For some unknown reason (for me), I have read your title 2-3 times as "Morgen" and not Mogren... lol... Despite knowing the name of the mountain from before... Maybe it's because of the sunset that my brain understood as "sunrise" (morgen-morning)... OMG... My gray cells work upside down today... 😃
Anyway... Those are some fantastic sunset photos that you have taken! When I saw the bunker, knowing you, I had no doubts that there would be photos of the interior... 😃 I can't imagine that the bunker and the fortress itself can be conquered.. Maybe if people inside stay without food, but with all those rocks and mountains, it's hard to get there!

The Geometric Dance of the Fairies by @mandragora88

image.png

The universe is pure geometry, facts that repeat themselves over and over again, and everything is connected, everything is one. Perhaps that is why in your paintings, the new one has something of the previous one because there is always a connection and because you imprint your own energy on it. Each one has something of you in it, and that is wonderful.
They say that fairies exist and few can see them, only souls that vibrate very highly, the most evolved, and the pyramid is a great symbol in history, of reaching great enlightenment or wisdom. Your work today reflects all that and much more in every wonderful detail. As always, the quality of your work shines through. Thank you for that and for the knowledge.

Mommy's Mental Health-Chapter 97 - Making It Out Alive by @clairemobey

image.png

I'm sorry to hear about all the unfortunate things that recently happened to you and your family... Even just 1-2 things, it's hard to grasp, and what you had is an avalanche of bad events and circumstances... I suppose that the best foundation, or the rock of your recovery, should be the thought that you are not alone in all this... You have a loving husband and children, and you are altogether for good times, and for the bad times... They need you, and you need them!

¿Problemas Persistentes? El Método Kaizen Japonés y la Técnica de los 5 Porqués -Reflexiones de Crecimiento- (ES/EN) by @emiliorios

image.png

I learned about the Kaizen method at a company where I worked, so my first contact with it was work-related. Some time later, I started reading blogs where it was applied to personal development, and since then I have tried to apply it with varying degrees of success, but always seeking that small continuous improvement. All these theories, in the end, only work if the person has enough internal motivation to break out of their comfort zone and the discipline to persevere when we do not get the desired results in the expected time. When that barrier is overcome, the positive changes help to reduce the effort required.

Delicious protein salad with a slightly sweet and crunchy touch [Eng/Esp] by @verdesmeralda

image.png

At first glance, I find this salad very appealing in terms of texture, and the flavours of each of the ingredients mixed together must be great. It's true that the importance lies in those ingredients and how they are combined. I've always liked mixing chicken with apple, although I've used yellow apples because they oxidise less and have a tastier juice, but red apples are also very good.
As for the dressing, I like it to have yoghurt in it, as it makes it smooth and, together with the chicken and everything else, creates spectacular flavours. Thank you very much for sharing this nutritious and satisfying delicacy with us.
