It's been a while since I've seen the progress of your micro-garden. As you might expect, there are many changes with the shift to winter, but you still have some fruit to show us. This is the first I've heard about the yuzu tree; I didn't know there was such a small variety of lemon. Does it taste as sour as a regular lemon? As for your large garden, it's going to be wonderful when all those bulbs bloom in the spring. I can't wait to see those flowers! Take care not to catch another cold.

Enjoying the little things in life, the simplest things, those details that we often overlook, is what makes life worthwhile. The problem is that, with the fast pace of the world, we often fail to realise this, and when we stop, like you, to look at the sea, just for a moment, that is when we appreciate those things.
Not everything in life is work, it's true, nor family, outings or anything else. There is ourselves, our inner selves... there are so many things. You had a wonderful trip, not only to create content but to enjoy those details and with people you love, which is very important. You also received a gift of something you like, those little things. Life is made up of those little details.

I've never tried combining yoghurt and cocoa, but it must be delicious and, as you say, powerful. Raisins and oats are also very nutritious. When I saw the picture without reading the description, I thought, ‘It has finely chopped nuts,’ and after reading it, I thought, ‘It wouldn't be a bad idea to add them.’ Then the milk gave it the necessary fluidity to make the drink perfect.
I especially like that it has many health benefits, which means you can drink something tasty and delicious that also has properties that are good for the body and mind. Thank you very much for this recipe!
