Not a bad idea at all... Sometimes, the problem is also in the new people that joined HIVE... Or better-said in a way how they got onboarded, with a "promise of what"... A lot of times, they come because someone said to them "Come here to blog and earn money!"... and that was it... I find that as a major obstacle... There is no "step 2" in the story... because of that, people get lost and quit...
So, your idea is good, if you point them in a direction where they can find more information (and answers) about WHY they don't have comments/upvotes... For us, it's simple, but for them, it's not... Of course, even if some know that they should engage with others and support others, some will quit as they are lazy, but some will stay...

What a great topic you have brought to the community, and what a great music video to represent it. I didn't know the video, but it is true that in a funny tone it shows the evolution and how nature adapts to the changes. The human being as part of nature also adapts but as you mention there are excesses. I often wonder where the human being will end up, how he will end up with those excesses and if nature will take care of it.
You also mention a very important thing in the review, evolution is not only physical but mental, many talk about the entrance to the fifth dimension and that is mental, seeing things that others don't see for example and I love that theme. It was a super cool review and participation in the initiative.
