Oh, thank you for bringing us a little closer to the Fallas! The figures are true sculptures, a tradition that transcends borders and that has placed Valencia on the world map. I didn't know that it also extended to the surrounding localities, I thought they were only celebrated in the capital. It's great to know this because for another year I'll go. I was at the Ninot Museum in Valencia and I really enjoyed learning about the origins and development of these dolls that attract so much attention. My favorite of the ones you share with us is the children's one, especially the falleras are beautiful. The Gulliver is also very cool, with the added merit of thinking about the materials gives it more value.

Why are we Losing our Community Connections? by @minismallholding
The loss of community connections is evident at the global level. As you argue, it is due to the combination of many factors, although I think that the fundamental one is the change of role of the woman, leaving her place as a family caregiver to become a worker who can barely take care of herself. Technological advances also influence us, it is obvious that we tolerate each other less and less. Direct eye contact is already almost seen as a threat rather than an opportunity to smile and establish a real connection with our fellow men. But we need to touch, hug, kiss. I hope that even if we are decreasing the number of contacts we will be able to make the contacts we maintain stronger and deeper. Thank you for this wonderful reflection.
