This route has been absolutely marvellous from the very beginning until we entered the cave. The colours that can be seen in nature on the hike where the rocks and pine trees contrast, wanting to reach the sky and then reach the high area with clouds, without forgetting the painted rocks that someone has painted in the past. The natural beauty is very great.
Once in the cave there are more contrasts of colours and you can see the dimensions if I compare it with the people who look very small. Those hollows in the rocks and formations are a real treat to visit and to be there. It must be very cold already at that altitude and as you said at the beginning it is a good place to take shelter. What a beautiful exploration!

These types of celebrations are a perfect way to bring the history of places closer to both the local population and tourists, but children especially enjoy them the most. This display is wonderful. I had to look up some of the fake buildings after you mentioned them. Those people did a fantastic job. The photos of the cellar full of people make it seem like we're travelling back in time. I love them. The only thing missing is that they weren't in black and white, haha. I'm glad you were able to attend again with your son. It's a beautiful tradition to keep alive, and I'm sure they'll continue to improve and expand it every year.

It doesn't matter that the dish looks forbidding, it is worth trying, and the presentation is spectacular. The cream, the cheese gives it that creaminess that makes it special and I imagine that the bacon flavour makes it an explosion of flavours in the mouth. The rice goes perfectly with it.
It may seem like a lot of calories but it is perfect for lunch, for example, and will provide a lot of energy that we often need. Besides, you can treat someone and look great, it is a special and delicious dish, and above all, very easy to make.
