Splinterlands Art Contest 357 - Nectar Queen Fan Art Wood carved necklace [ENG-ESP] by @fixie

image.png

Pine wood is a very noble wood to work with, and you have done so perfectly. I have always liked works made from this material because they symbolise warmth. The carving of the figure with the different chisels or wood knives has turned out really well; you have worked them perfectly, and I like that you have made a base for the queen bee.
The finishing touches, such as sanding and smoothing the entire design, are a task that cannot be underestimated and takes time. The smooth coat of paint gives it a special touch and the varnish makes the piece beautiful. A pendant not only for this competition but for the whole Hive. Very good work, very good quality.

Exploring the Desert Biome in Horizon Zero Dawn by @pravesh0

image.png

I agree with you, the most spectacular image is the one of the character hanging from the giraffe blocking the sunset sun. Indeed, that kind of landscape is formed by water erosion even though it is a desert. I'm not a geologist either, hahaha, but near where I live we have a desert very similar to what appears in the game and that's its origin. The lack of vegetation also makes the rocks decompose more easily because there are no roots to hold them in place. Is there also a contrast between day and night temperatures there? It would be great to see the snowy desert as that final forest. The game looks beautiful graphically, I love seeing your screenshots.

Viajando rumbo a Maracay 🙌🏻❤️🚐 [ESP 🇪🇦 - ENG 🇺🇸] by @miguelgabriel-sw

image.png

I see you'll be sharing your experiences in my Maracay post by post, which is a great idea. You look powerful, bro, and I know that in your area they train hard. They're a very good group who support each other, and that's the key to success for a delegation. Keep it up, bro. I hope I don't miss your next posts.

In peace by @mipiano

image.png

I completely agree with that last part of your writing, souls rest in peace and in the midst of nature.
I have always felt that cemeteries are places of peace, and here you can see that even though it is very neglected. Each grave tells a story of the distant past, of people who no longer have any relatives, perhaps forgotten, but not intentionally. I really like the photographs where the gravestones and tombs emerge from the grass, as you said.
Sometimes they are places of mystery, other times of pain, sorrow, suffering, but in this case, calm reigns. The church with the two towers is emblematic of the place and seems to rise up as a reminder of all those who are there. Cemeteries always have something special for me.

It finally happened by @mdrguez

image.png

My apartment is also 50 square meters and I am unable to imagine it with 9 people inside. Sometimes two are a crowd, hahaha. I bet the ones who most enjoyed that improvised camp were your nieces, hehe. They are discomforts that are overcome with large doses of love and patience. I'm so glad you enjoyed the family together, I hope the next occasion won't take so long, especially since the little ones grow up so fast and they wouldn't be little girls anymore. I can't wait to see that step by step elaboration of their souvenir bunnies!

The cats in my home [Eng / Esp] by @gerzon

image.png

The three stories you tell about the cats in your house are beautiful. When a cat arrives without being sought after, it means that they need it in that home. Cats are very special animals, did you know that? They are territorial, as you say, but that is with regard to their own species; they are jealous. But with regard to humans, they are protective and have the ability to change negative energy into positive energy. The more cats there are in a house, the better.
Cats that have been mistreated tend to be fearful, which is normal; it causes them trauma. I have always loved Siamese cats; I have a black Siamese cat. Your mum was looking for a black cat, but a white one with two-coloured eyes came along, which is very special. Cats are magical.
