Yesterday, I was told from our boss to connect him to one of his wireless fidelity from his main modem so that it can connect to the fastest internet connection rather than connecting to other other wireless fidelity (wi-fi) connection which was meters away from him.
At the back on my mind, I thought that it was easy since it was only connecting his device to the wi-fi internet connection from his smart phone.

At first, we struggle on finding the wi-fi password of the wi-fi that we were supposed to access or to connect since we want the one that was near his place.
We find ways on finding on which is which about the passwords from the wi-fi itself, but to no avail we weren't successful to connect the smart phone into the wi-fi and we didn't knew what to do next since we were finding the solution to the problem.
We were two that was assigned on connecting the wi-fi to the smartphone and the other one suggested about resetting the wi-fi because that's what she do when they have some problems on their modem or their wi-fi, to access to the main panel on the network itself.
And yeah, we successfully went to the panel and reset the wi-fi but the problem was there's no internet now even if we were connected to the wi-fi but the internet was gone.
We were worried as we knew that there were lots of transactions that were left behind by the other department and I am doing my best to fix the problem but to no avail, there wasn't a way to fix it.
I called the internet provider after a while and I talked with the internet provider representative and they said that it was hard reset and they need to fix it as soon as possible. They will be here within the day or two but the transactions of the company were left behind.
I am as worried as I was before because of this, some of my co-workers had nothing to do but I am thinking of some alternatives for my workers to work without delay and yeah, one of the alternatives work and one of my worries gone since that's one of my main priority.
I am still worried from our boss because of the things that I did to the internet connection and in fact, I am very nervous because I am going to the company after a couple of minutes now.
I think positive for this outcome because I know for a fact that I will be scolded for this problem that I brought to the company. Although, I know that it's an accident that is not gonna happen but it's happening now and I am ready to be scolded by our boss to what happened to the internet connection.
