Less than 2 days to the Conclave Arcana General Sale (ENG/ITA)
Yesterday, May 11, 2025, the pre-sale of the new set of cards ended: the Conclave Arcana set.
On May 13, 2025, in 1 day and 21 hours, the General Sale will begin.
With the start of the general sale:
- packs of cards purchased during the presale may be opened
- will be able to be purchased the same packs sold during the presale with the addition of Starter packs that will cost only 1000 DEC but will contain only common and rare cards.
- cards from the Chaos Legion and Riftwatchers sets will no longer be able to be used in the Modern Format.
During Presale, the were sold:
- 190195 Standard Packs out of 500K packs available initially
- 98157 Alchemy Packs out of 100K packs available initially
- 19644 Legendary Packs out of 50K packs available initially
The best-selling packs in relation to quantity were the standard packs
The best-selling packs in relation to the quantity offered for sale during the presale were the Alchemy packs.
In fact, 98.15% of the 100K Alchemy packs that could be purchased were sold during the presale.
The attraction of the Alchemy packs is the higher probability of finding Black Foils cards compared to the probability of the other card packs.
The effect of the release of the new set of cards has produced positive effects on the value of DEC tokens and SPS tokens.
In fact, the value of the DEC token has exceeded its peg several times in the past 60 days and now has a lower value than its peg but is still a very close value (1000 DEC = $0.967).
The value of the SPS token has also resumed an upward trend and is now worth $0.0121.
The presale leaderboard was won by cryptomancer who spent 100 million DEC while in second place is bravetofu who spent 80.4 million DEC.
Closing the top 250 leaderboard is magdol with 1.6 million DEC tokens spent during the presale.

I only purchased 10 Standard packs during the presale because, even in the previous card set releases, I preferred to implement my purchasing strategy during the general sale because it is at this stage that I have much more information available such as the estimated value of a card pack which is an element that has always guided my choice of purchasing cards or card packs.
The beginning of the general sale will revolutionize the Modern Format because without the Chaos Legion cards the number of cards that can be used in the Modern Format will experience a huge decrease because the Chaos Legion set is the set with a huge amount of cards in circulation.
My gaming activity will also undergo a major change starting May 13 because:
- today I play with two accounts manually in Modern Format and have a competitive card collection in the Diamond leagues of Modern Format
- in two days I will have a relatively weak card collection in Modern Format but competitive in Wild Format
After the general sale begins:
- I will continue to play in Modern Format even though I will only have 745 cards and 7965 BCX.
- I will use my Chaos Legion cards in the Wild Format where I will use a bot even though I would love to play manually but the Wild Format is the realm of bots and playing manually would be little fun for me.
- I will use the rewards I earn in the Wild Format to build a card collection that is competitive again in the Modern Format
To rebuild a newly competitive card collection in Modern Format post Conclave Arcana General Sale I will have to start with archons (summoners) because I only have two summoners from the Rebellion set and will not be able to use my Chaos Legion and Riftwatchers summoners.
Consider that the number of archons that can be used in the Modern Format will be greatly diminished.
In fact, it will no longer be possible to use 24 archons in the Modern Format.
Until the archons in the Conflicts will be released, 17 archons from the Rebellion set + 5 archons of the Arcana Conclave set can be used in the Modern Format.
So in the Modern Format it will go from 41 archons usable today to 22 archons usable on May 13, 2025.
Because I will soon have an extreme need to add more archons to my highest level Akane and because the summoners initially findable in the Arcana set card packs are rare archons at least initially I will try to purchase a good number of Starter packs to start increasing the number and level of Arcana set archons in my possession.
Before the start of the general sale I will also try to use all the energy I possess in the Modern Format so as to gain as many glints as possible because starting next season I will likely have a deterioration of my results in the modern format because I will not be able to use my Chaos Legion cards and my Riftwatchers cards which are the most competitive part of my card collection.
I will end this post by showing my last two battles I played and won in the Modern Format to show the battle strength of some Chaos Legion cards that can no longer be used in this format starting May 13, 2025.
An important new feature was recently announced: the mobile version of Splinterlands downloadable from the Google Play Store.

Ieri, 11 maggio 2025, è terminata la prevendita del nuovo set di carte: il set Conclave Arcana.
Il 13 maggio 2025, tra 1 giorno e 21 ore, inizierà la General Sale
Con l'inizio della general sale:
- potranno essere aperti i pacchi di carte acquistati durante la presale
- potranno essere acquistati gli stessi pacchi venduti durante la presale con l'aggiunta degli Starter packs che costeranno solo 1000 DEC ma conterranno solo carte comuni e rare.
- le carte dei set Chaos Legion e Riftwatchers non potranno più essere utilizzate nel Modern Format.
Durante la Presale sono stati venduti:
- 190195 Standard Packs su 500K packs disponibili inizialmente
- 98157 Alchemy Packs su 100K packs disponibili inizialmente
- 19644 Legendary Packs su 50K packs disponibili inizialmente
I pacchi più venduti in base al quantitativo sono stati gli standard packs
I pacchi più venduti in rapporto al quantitativo messo in vendita durante la presale sono stati gli Alchemy packs.
Infatti durante la presale sono stati venduti il 98.15% dei 100K Alchemy acquistabili.
L'attrattiva degli Alchemy packs è la più alta probabilità di trovare le carte Black Foils rispetto alle probabilità degli altri pacchi di carte.
L'effetto del rilascio del nuovo set di carte ha prodotto effetti positivi sul valore dei token DEC e dei token SPS.
Infatti il valore del token DEC ha superato il suo peg più volte negli ultimi 60 giorni e adesso ha un valore più basso del suo peg ma è comunque un valore molto vicino (1000 DEC = 0.967$).
Anche il valore del token SPS ha ripreso una tendenza al rialzo e oggi vale 0.0121$.
La leaderboard della presale è stata vinta da @cryptomancer che ha speso 100 milioni di DEC mentre al secondo posto c'è @bravetofu che ha speso 80.4 milioni di DEC.
Chiude la top 250 della leaderboard magdol con 1.6 milioni di token DEC spesi durante la presale.

Io ho acquistato solo 10 Standard packs durante la presale perchè, anche nei rilasci dei set di carte precedenti, ho preferito attuare la mia strategia di acquisto durante la general sale perchè è in questa fase che ho molte più infarmazioni disponibili come ad esempio il valore stimato di un pacco di carte che è un elemento che ha sempre guidato la mia scelta di acquistare carte o pacchi di carte.
L'inizio della general sale rivoluzionerà il Modern Format perchè senza le Chaos Legion cards il numero di carte utilizzabili nel Modern Format subirà un enorme diminuzione perchè il set Chaos Legion è il set con un enorme quantitativo di carte in circolazione.
Anche la mia attività di gioco subirà un importante modifica a partire dal 13 maggio perchè:
- oggi gioco con due accounts manualmente nel Modern Format e ho una collezione di carte competitiva nelle leghe Diamond del Modern Format
- fra due giorni avrò una collezione di carte relativamente debole nel Modern Format ma competitiva nel Wild Format
Dopo l'inizio della general sale:
- continuerò a giocare nel Modern Format anche se avrò solo 745 carte e 7965 BCX.
- utilizzerò le mie carte Chaos Legion nel Wild Format dove userò un bot anche se mi piacerebbe giocare manualmente ma il Wild Format è il regno dei bots e giocare manualmente sarebbe poco divertente per me.
- utilizzerò le ricompense che guadagnerò nel Wild Format per costruirmi una collezione di carte nuovamente competitiva nel Modern Format
Per costruirmi una collezione di carte nuovamente competitiva nel Modern Format post Conclave Arcana General Sale dovrò partire dagli archons (evocatori) perchè ho solo due evocatori del set Rebellion e non potrò usare i miei evocatori Chaos Legion e Riftwatchers.
Considera che il numero degli archons utilizzabili nel Modern Format subirà una grande diminuzione.
Infatti non potranno più essere utilizzabili nel Modern Format ben 24 archons.
Fino a quando non saranno rilasciati gli Archons nei Conflicts, nel Modern Format potranno essere utilizzati 17 archons del set Rebellion + 5 archons del set Conclave Arcana.
Quindi nel Modern Format si passerà dai 41 archons utilizzabili oggi ai 22 archons utilizzabili il 13 maggio 2025.
Dato che avrò presto un estrema necessità di affiancare altri archons al mio Akane di massimo livello e dato che gli evocatori inizialmente trovabili nei pacchi di carte del set Arcana sono archons rari almeno inizialmente cercherò di acquistare un buon numero di Starter packs per iniziare ad aumentare il numero e il livello degli archons del set Arcana in mio possesso.
Prima dell'inizio della general sale cercherò anche di utilizzare tutta l'energia in mio possesso nel Modern Format in modo da guadagnare il maggior numero possibile di Glint perchè a partire dalla prossima stagione avrò un probabile peggioramento dei miei risultati nel modern format perchè non potrò usare le mie carte Chaos Legion e le mie carte Riftwatchers che sono la parte più competitiva della mia collezione di carte.
Concludo questo post mostrando le mie ultime due battaglie che ho giocato e vinto nel Modern Format per mostrare la forza in battaglia di alcune carte Chaos Legion che non potranno più essere utilizzate in questo formato a partire dal 13 maggio 2025.
Di recente è stata annunciata una importante novità: la versione Mobile di Splinterlands scaricabile da Google Play Store.
